This is our second order from Eze
This is our second order from Eze. The mattress itself is really great and good value for money. The delivery service this time was not so great. We paid for the VIP service and while the team removed our old mattresses promised they barely stuck around to drop the mattress in the new room before they were off and would not help with unpacking and removing the old Packaging Communication was tricky as their English was not great. This is the complete opposite of the experience we had the last time.

Mattress is great
Mattress is great, delivery was in the time frame. Probably a good idea to get the delivery company to improve their communication platforms, one minute the offices are closed next minute an agent is texting & asking for ‘What3words’ plus postcode all confusing! as the driver could not translate my what3words coordinates.

Very comfy and well made
The mattress came by dinner time the following day, the box it came in had castors so that the weight of the mattress was easier to manoeuvre, their is a tool taped to the polythene for cutting the polythene that cannot damage the mattress or yourself.
I placed the rolled mattress on the bed frame at about 2 foot from the headboard, as soon as the polythene began filling with air I had a hold on the end of the mattress as it sprang undone.
The mattress is well protected with another sheet of thin polythene covering the mattress once it has fully undone, their mattress was virtually in the right position on my bed frame.
I didn’t sink too deep into the mattress but only being 800 spring the edges have a fair bit of give but this aids me getting into bed because my extra strong bed frame stands well over a foot high so that I can use the area under my bed for storage.
It is nice to lay on, I have a swollen prostate that causes me to have to get out of bed a few times a night and when I get back into bed it doesn’t take long to get back to sleep.
My old Dormeo mattress has been good for over 8 years but my old mattress was causing me hip pains.
I have made a good choice for myself, my wife has a hospital bed downstairs so I have a nice comfy mattress to my self upstairs.
A really nice mattress, well worth getting.
I gave the mattress a good 36 hours to settle and expand.

It’s the sleep-experience that matters!
The most important thing is now, having a really good night sleep. The Matress is very comfortable, certainly the biggest I’ve ever had at 35cm. Being so large and high up, it’s much easier to get in and out of bed. Thank you eze Matress.

The mattress is great very comfy and Eze customer service was good. The delivery company were poor. The 2 men were very aloof and rude the put the mattress on the bed upstairs down and weren’t very happy when I pointed it out. They left the plastic wrapping on and as a woman alone i felt uncomfortable with them and I was so keen to get rid of them I didn’t ask them to remove it so did it myself when they had gone.

I had back pain that made sleep difficult. my eze mattress has ended it. A major benefit therefore. One minor detail: I was a bit misled at first by the wording of delivery options, and thought at first that VIP would get the most rapid one.
