He couldn’t have been more respectful, kind or considerate and most importantly helped us find the bed that meets mums needs. Thank you Mark for all your help.

EZ living furniture has been amazing from start to finish. I looked at beds in dreams before EZ living & the selection there was 10 times nicer & they were doing a sale. I ordered my bed in April & wasn’t moving into the house until June. They kindly delayed the delivery until then. The lady who worked for customer care was so lovely & helpful. The delivery men were also brilliant & brought the bed upstairs to my bedroom. Will 100% use again.

We recently purchased a corner sofa at the Derry store. The process was so easy from making our choice to avtual purchase and subsequently delivery. Kate was extremely helpful and guided us through the process. Graham and John provided a seamless delivery and build of the furniture at our home.

Found a beautiful hall table on the website. Finally ordered it on 9 February 2026 thinking it would fit in our car but NOWHERE does it say that the product comes EITHER flat packed or already assembled/built - clearly they just assume that you the customer should obviously know that?!? The only store that had it available was 60 miles away but yet there are closer stores that didn’t stock it - seems the stores are “separate” but have same branding?!?!

Item got delivered to store, email to collect it was a one day window with very little notice. Got a phone call from a rude young man (who I suspect wouldn’t have spoken to my husband like that) essentially telling us to collect and blaming me for the store’s complete lack of storage space for this item…

Trying to pay for delivery myself was also impossible but (female) manager was able to sort it. Turns out they only deliver to “my area” once a month (also not stated ANYWHERE on the website). Delivery for end of February was fully booked.

So after waiting 6 weeks for this item to be delivered, it finally arrived today (27 March 2026) Haven’t even bothered to open the box yet given leaving this crappy review takes priority. Don’t recommend whatsoever, not impressed at all but tbf it’s pretty standard for NI retail it seems.

I found on Google EZ Furniture Co the only firm in N Ireland & England that does the bedroom furniture that matches mine. I was so pleased I ordered it right away. It matches perfectly & I am really happy as I ordered my furniture 6 years ago from a place called Darwen in Lancashire. It is called Georgia & it’s Grey with a Smokey Oak Wood Top. I am pleased beyond words as I have moved to a 2 bed bungalow from a large detached house with a large corner garden.

We went looking for dining chairs, but wasnt entirely sure what we wanted. My husband and I had slightly different opinions 😁
Rachael showed us what was available to suit both of us and gave very helpful advice.

Well packaged on delivery, the delivery service was excellent . Arrived on time, love the colour and texture of material. Cushions just a little firm. Was good value Overall, would recommend.

For reference - I ordered a U shaped bed and bespoke kitchen pod which could accommodate a full size oven, fridge and sink/water - with additional storage capacity.
After usually making my own camper furniture on this build - Nissan NV300 H2 L2 - I decided to get some help as I didn't have time, or facilities to make the furniture. At first I was a little sceptical in would they be able to deliver, as I hadn't used them, or heard of these guys before. But after meeting Damon and Natasha, it became apparent that the job was going to be done right, and they worked with me every step of the way to create just what I wanted. Not only did they fulfil the brief, but they went out of their way to help when I wanted to 'tweak' it further to create slightly more space in the van. It was a refreshing change to have people who are A: Honest and helpful and B: Went out of their way to listen to what the customer wanted. The total price was extremely reasonable and the quality of their workmanship was top draw. To note also, the finish on the units made was as mentioned excellent, and if you are not sure wether or not to go for the homemade cushions/bedding, do it! Natasha is working to a high standard when it comes to Upholstrey, and other companies out there would be and are charging almost double the price. I couldn't be more happier with my finished units/seats-bedding - Thanks folks will be recommending.

When originally ordered I was promised a delivery before Christmas. They came back soon after that only 1 of the 2 sofas could be delivered. I then got a call saying no, both could be delivered. Then I got a call saying the van had left and neither sofa would be delivered before Christmas. They did offer a full refund but I wanted the sofas so asked when they could deliver. They said w/c 12 Jan 2026. A few days later an email came in saying no, it would be w/c 19 Jan as stock taking was being done the previous week. I dreaded the worst come w/c 19 Jan, but 2 sofas were delivered on 20 Jan. However, some screws were missing to connect the legs on one of the sofas. Had to go to Screwfix to purchase some. Despite all that the sofas are superb and I'm glad I waited.
