EZ Living Furniture UK Avis 

Terrible customer care. Missing parts which I had to hassle customer service via email multiple times to finally get them to send the parts. Then finding out the bed had the incorrect brackets attached so the requested parts were still useless. The correct parts have apparently been posted according to customer service but after 10 days still no sign of them. The frame was delivered 7 weeks ago and I have had to sleep on a mattress on the floor since then. Soliciting legal advice now since accountability and competence are not obtainable at this company.

I dealt with a really helpful girl called Teresa Mulgrew in the Hollywood Exchange store, she was very helpful but not pushy, went out of her way to ring round other stores to check if item in the material I wanted was in stock to save me waiting on delivery, I would definitely shop here again.

Everything delivered as ordered

I was looking for a new sofa. EZ, Living had a great selection of modern and classic ones to try out and choose from. Samantha Moffett was, a helpful salesperson. She gave timely and useful information on sizes, materials, delivery. She wasn't too pushy either and left us to make up our minds.
Competitive prices too. I bought in their summer sale.

After being scammed previously buying furniture online I was rather sceptical about trying again but so pleased I did . The company gave me delivery instructions and communicated well throughout the process.

We have purchased a few items in the store and have built up a relationship with Grace who is always on hand with her wealth of knowledge & helpfulness.

I received my goods ( a garden chair and stool ) on time and perfect just what I wanted not disappointed at all . They were VERY well packaged to avoid any knocks or damage . So much so I had to visit a recycling centre to deposit the bubbly wrap / cardboard .

This dining sofa arrived really well packed and is just what I was looking for. The green material is a lovely colour too. Happy with the product.

The service was just excellent at the holywood store in Holywood exchange. I really liked the store, so bright and very colourful indeed. Julie from the Holywood store was very helpful in getting us sorted with the beds we wanted.

We ordered a bed frame and two side tables, there was some trouble with the delivery but this was down to the courier rather than EZ Living. The reason for the 4* rather than the 5 is because there was some small damage to the items (dents, however I am sure we will get used to them!). The reason for the positive review, and the likelihood of us ordering again, is due to the brilliant customer service that we received. Katelyn dealt with our issues patiently, quickly and helpfully, and really turned what could've been a difficult purchase into a positive customer service experience. The products are also lovely, its a shame about the marks however they are only really noticeable up close and we are really pleased with the overall quality. We wouldn't hesitate to purchase from EZ living again!
