Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. Nothing was too much for them, and took their time to make sure we aeen everything and never once tried to push a sale, just made us feel very comfortable. Will definitely return soon and recommend others to do so also.

Trying to get refund for a chair we ordered and nobody on the line can sort it for us. Someone supposed to ring us back and still haven’t a month later. Got click and collect to Derry store.

Great product, great service
Furniture arrived within time quoted, packaged amazingly well to avoid damage. The furniture is as pictured, beautifully finished and looks even better than in the pictures. Very happy with quality and value for money.

We are sorry to read this , I have looked into your order and can see you were querying your refund.
The item you returned and requested a refund for was refunded for the actual amount you paid for it as provided with screenshots.
When a discount code is applied to an order - it is divided between all products - if you then decide to return one product the amount you paid for that product is the amount you are refunded.
In relation to the refund delay which we have apologised for - this was due to a system error which has showed your refund had been issued previously - however when highlighted we then refunded you immediately as we were none the wiser.
We do appreciate your custom and thank you for your order
Customer services non existent
My order wasn’t trackable online, I emailed to find out what was happening and got no response. When the table I ordered did arrive it was damaged in several places which are very obvious (black table with wood colour showing through where the damage is). Again I emailed customer service and have had no reply whatsoever. I’ve now got a damaged table repacked and sitting in my house waiting to be returned, I suspect I will never hear from them again though. Think carefully before ordering!
