Very slow delivery but my dog won't use it

Item wasn't delivered. When I complained to customer service I was told it WAS delivered, then that it was stuck in customs, then that their system says it was delivered so there was no more they could do. Wish I'd taken the time to check out reviews BEFORE I shopped with them, coz I would have steered clear.

What absolute rubbish, they don't even deserve 1 star. I ordered 2 book gift sets, what I got was, a couple of leaflets and they had the audacity to charge £2

Ordered an item listed as handmade. It arrived after two months very clearly not handmade and broken. I sent in pictures and was offered a £3 refund for an item that cost me £12!!! Terrible service and terrible site. Avoid at all costs.

Don’t buy from this company! I ordered a ladies jumpsuit that flashed up as an as on my instagram. At the time I didn’t realise it would take at least 4 weeks to get here. Once it arrived the quality of the stitching on the product was very poor with stitching missing on the neckline & messy over stitching on the waistband. I took photographs of the areas which I emailed customer service with to ask to return the product & have a full refund. They would not accept this and would only offer me “their maximum offer “ of £5 when the item cost me £28. You buy from this company at your peril.

Currently still waiting for a mothers day card and crucifix for my dad's memorial. Ordered nearly 8 weeks ago and just get updates saying in transit from USA! On contacting the company, they won't entertain discussions around cancellation and refund as they say, even after 8 weeks, the items are still on their way to me so they can't help. Absolute joke of a company! Beware!

Ordered a flower card on 5/3 for mothers day as I checked the company was in the UK..(obviously not) It has finally arrived on the 19/4 and what a load of rubbish it is.
I have learnt my lesson ,that I should not order from Facebook adverts as most of them are scams.

Absolutely awful. Bought a pair of trousers that were allegedly being raved about online. Arrived very late and nowhere near the size. Complained to be told I was wrong, they were the right size. Offered a refund of £5 as to return wound coat too much. Declined the offer and still waiting.

Absolutely shocking company who are on to a good thing! Charged me more money than it stated. Was meant to be 12.99 yet when I had the receipt from PayPal it had charged me 15.99!! That was the first alarm bell. I then immediately tried to cancel the order before it was posted as I knew I had made a mistake! Conveniently they didn't reply to me until after it had been posted. I complained to PayPal that I had been charged more than stated so I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund as they had made out they were a UK company only to find out they were a Chinese company sending the goods from USA! PayPal would only refund the extra that was charged and said I had to wait for delivery of the item. After waiting a month and still nothing but excuses from the company telling me it was still in transit, I contacted PayPal again as it was now way past mother's Day so this was now no used to me. PayPal then told me that because I had had a partial refund they could now no longer give me a refund as their system won't allow it! It was not my fault that they charged me more than they should have and it seems to be a nice little work around that this company has found as they must know you will not be able to claim a refund after this! It has made me extremely angry that PayPal are failing to do anything about this! They offer me £10 credit from themselves to apologize for this but how many other people are falling for this absolute scam! Finally today after 7 WEEKS I received the card and it's disgraceful! Absolutely not worth the card it's printed on and it's ripped! This company should be shut down and stopped from making money from innocent people and PayPal needs to change their system to protect buyers like they are supposed to!

Mothers day card has taken 6 weeks and still counting to arrive. Absolutely no help from customer service who reply with short emails saying its "in transit" or "out for delivery" with tracking details but no further help offered. No customer service help at all. Would never recommend this company to anyone. And my mum never recieved anything from me on Mothers day because of this.

I am simply echoing most other recent reviews on here - avoid this site!! Their website details indicate they are based in Wales but the tracking says my item was shipped from the US. Bought an item for Mother's Day which has since come and gone. It's been a month and no sign my item will ever actually show up at all.

I bought a dress for 23.99 and it didn't fit. I asked for a refund and this was the response:

"Thanks for your great support and the pictures.

But as our warehouse checked, the product they sent to you is correct according to your order.
So sorry for the inconvenience that they do not fit you. Will it be possible to give them to others?
They are superior in quality and reasonable in price, and also have been in top-seller in our store for many years.

Absolutely appalling!! Eventually they offered me 2 pounds compensation. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, IT'S A SCAM

I echo all comments on here this is a total scam ordered a pop up card for uk Mother’s Day and payment was taken from my account on 26th feb 2023. Despite numerous emails to say it has been shipped still no card on tenth April emailed company for refund told ‘ card is on its way don’t worry’AVOID like the plague. If it ever arrives it is no use now

Very similar to other reviews here. Ordered a Mother’s Day card that hasn’t arrived. Tracking number provided doesn’t work. Research on the web suggests it could be a Chinese scam shopping site. Avoid at all costs.

Purchased a mothers day card 4th March. Still waiting for it to arrive, nothing to say it's coming from. America. I paid £12.99 but they took £15.99 from paypal. Tracking site is awful.

The cloths are soooooo small. Usually wear a 14_16 so ordered the 16-18 for comfort.
Can't even get them up...
The length is Petite and they should be full length.
Tried emailing and just keep getting emails offering a £6 discount to keep them.

Honestly do not use this company.

I ordered the cards for Mother’s Day, ordering on 25th February and my order arrived today!! Over 5 weeks later. As with others I see, there was no indication it was overseas until started getting the shipping emails- however it turns out it isn’t overseas!?!! I repeatedly emailed asking about my delivery and had the same responses each time to wait for the tracking to update. This tracking showed America to customs to Edinburgh where it then stopped. I asked for compensation as it was not delivered for the occasion it was advertised for, yet was told no as the order ‘had been sent’. I asked again and was told to wait for the tracker to update. I then lost my patience and stated I was going to report the site for fraud as I had no Evidence of the product I was charged for. Surprisingly I then received another tracking number for another site! This shows my order was sent 23rd March ? And was received by courier on 25th March?! Within the UK! So not only were there lies - there were lies within lies! The experience and trust in the service was beyond awful! Would advise anyone to avoid!!!
