AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL COMPANY. Ordered mothers days cards on the 2nd March, finally arrived 3rd April. office says Wales. they are based in the Far East. Dont bother complaining no one cares. Phone number doesnt work. Tracking is useless. Should be shut down. Dont be scammed.

Very disappointed with this product (Mothers Day/Birthday 3d card) nothing mentioned in advert to say they are based in USA, missed Mothers Day by a mile in UK, product nowhere near as pretty and effective as images and no instructions how to open it properly. Feel really cheated and ripped off. Dont buy from them anyone!!! Its taken almost 5 weeks to get here!!

Same experience as many others. Bought a Mothers Day 3D flower card only to find soon after this was being shipped from the US and actually only arrived two weeks after Mother’s Day. They also charged me shipping which was stated as free.

I ordered white roses,,my Mums favourite, and they went Red. They didn’t assemble as per the scant instructions and look no thug like their Facebook advertising video. Having to claim back through PayPal.

UPDATE. After many emails back and forth first they denied they had sent the wrong item even though I sent photos, then offered a paltry 35% refund then said I could return it (to the USA) at my cost which in their words ( would cost me a lot of money). PayPal found in my favour and I got a refund.

This company doesn’t deserve one star and shouldn’t be allowed to sell online.
I waited for a Mothers Day card to arrive after the promised day, only to find it was the wrong card that had been sent.
After numerous emails, mine getting more vociferous, there final offer was a refund of £4, when the card had cost £12.99. I refused and this was my final response-
‘ Thanks for your email.
We feel terribly sorry for your dissatisfaction.

We are so sorry about your unpleasant experience

and we will report this to our related apartment and urge them to improve.
Hope you have a wonderful day.’

Please, keep away from this company. They are a disgrace to all other on line business's and should not be allowed to trade.

I wish I had seen these before I ordered a Mother’s Day card. Been waiting since 26/2/23 still not arrived. Avoid this company it’s just a SCAM

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered the super-flattering trousers, and they are absolutely tiny...and short! When I messaged the company I was asked for a photo of the QR code and then informed I'd received the correct products. Avoid at all costs, as they do not entertain refunds or returns!

Avoid at all costs! They do not let you exchange or refund if the clothing does not fit you. Poor quality and customer care. They do not care whether you are satisfied with the product or not. All they want is your money. The items also took ages to arrive.

This product is poor quality and not at all what is advertised. Took over 3 weeks to arrive, and it wasn't the complete order. Save your money and go somewhere else. I’m very disappointed.

Ordered 5 weeks ago and nothing delivered. They had sent the incorrect address which is proven in the order summary. They will not accept blame and will not reimburse me. Keep telling me it is not their fault and that I should take it up with the shipping company. TOTAL AND UTTER SCAM!!!

There was no indication on their advert for Mother’s Day cards that the company is based in the USA and there was no conceivable way that the card could arrive in time. I’ve emailed repeatedly and they simply are not reading the words I’m writing. I have no problem with shipping; I have a big problem with misleading g advertising and zero refund. AVOID

ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a "so called" large 3D flower card for Mother's day in the UK. At no point did it say it was being shipped from the USA. I ordered it over 2 weeks before Mother's day so thought there would be no problem even though all shipping updates said it was still "transit". When I queried this I was told it was the system at fault and there wouldn't be a problem. It arrived today!! My mum said it is very flimsy and bears no resemblance to the card in the picture supplied. I asked for a refund and Fabricatea refused saying they've delivered what they promised!!!!

I order a Mother's Day gift which arrived 9 days late!! Needless to say my mum was very disappointed. I have sent 6 emails requesting a refund and all I get is 'we understand your frustration' and 'it is out of our hands'. I explained that it is illegal for products to represented falsly in the UK but it doesn't seem to matter. They still have not issued a refund. Will never order from them again.

I don't even want to give them 1 star! Absolutely appalling! Cards were delivered over a week late. There was no indication they were being shipped from the US and would take that long to be delivered. They were advertised as mother's day cards so I assumed that ordering them 3 weeks in advance, I'd have them in time to write them and post them myself. But no. They are also tiny in comparison to the photos and the flowers are not individually cut out as they appear to be on the site. And the card does not "pop out" once removed from the sleeve, you have to sort of push it and unfold it yourself and this will probably lead to it tearing as it did on one of the cards I (eventually) received. I wish I'd read the reviews! What a scam! DO NOT BUY!

What a let down. After reading the first few comments, seems they’ve got us all. A Mother’s Day gift which arrives after Mother’s Day. I requested a refund as there was no communication on the website about delivery times. But I had a reply of, we will feedback to our team, but no refund. Very disappointed

The shipment arrived at the customs of United Kingdom. The only response from the company has been telling me to look at the tracking information. I'm now waiting for a refund. Definitely a company to avoid.

Absolutely awful and rude when contacted that’s when it was possible for them to reply from a email, I asked for my money back many times but they send the same email saying in transit, hope no body else gets sucked in by there adverts

Avoid this company. I received my wide leg ‘super flattering’ trousers, size 20/22. They were approx a size 14. I complained and they asked me to send a pic of the QR code on the package. They then said they were the right item and if they don’t fit then I should pass them on to someone else! I replied that I wanted to send them back and they said according to their terms they had sent the correct item so I couldn’t return them but they will refund me £2!! I told them to stick it and I’d write a review instead. Avoid if you can.
