AVOID! Still haven't received my purchase after many weeks. When requesting a refund I receive automated replies of...your package has been shipped...supposedly from the UK bit being shipped from America? Also, charged me £15.99 instead of advertised £12.99. avoid at all costs.

Absolute SCAM. Ordered item for Mother's Day on 1st March. Nowhere on the website did it state it was coming from America. I have since only had emails about 'tracking' the item. Nothing has arrived. I have emailed for a refund, but only recieved a link to another tracking website. Don't waste you money

I ordered a pop up flower card for mother's day and she still has not got it a week later. Lots of lies saying its on way they have not given my money back. Would not use them again. Very upset for my mum.

The website said it was trading from Cardiff UK. There was no notification that this was going to be shipped from the US. The product was ordered in plenty of time to arrive for Mother's Day and still hasn't arrived 2 weeks after ordering. The checkout also advised the total payment including shipping is £12.99 however they have charged VAT on top of this. I will be putting a claim through paypal if my emails continue to be ignored.

I ordered a Mother’s Day pop up card on 14th March. There was no indication it was coming from the USA, the price was in GB pounds and it was postage free. According the tracking info it is at US customs at the moment. I’m going to try and cancel it.

It is a scam! The company charged me an incorrect amount and when I contacted them about this they didn't refund the difference and I had to go through PayPal. Furthermore, the product didn't arrive and I am still waiting on communication from them for my full refund- which means I'll have to go through PayPal once again.

Would never use again. Complete scam.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I too saw it on Facebook and ordered 3 for Mother’s Day at the beginning of March but still no sign on 24th.
I emailed them at the time I ordered to ask where they were being shipped from and they avoided answering, just kept reassuring me that they would arrive in time. They were stuck in US customs for ages. A total scam!

Ordered in plenty of time for Mother's Day but it did not arrive. Arrived today and disappointed with product. MUCH smaller than expected. Will not be using this again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Disgraceful company. Wish I had read reviews first. Owed a refund for £28which they are avoiding paying me and offering £3 as gesture.
My gesture is that the Company sort themselves out.

After a lengthy delay, my cards have finally arrived - and they are not what I ordered.

They have a Cardiff based address on their website yet delivery has taken over 3 weeks to another address in Wales. I suspect they have come from China!

Price excessive compared to other providers of the same product on Amazon (where you would likely actually get the product you originally ordered within an acceptable timeframe)!

Charged more than checkout price.

Total scam!

Like many others on here I placed an order for a pop up Mothers Day bouquet card after seeing it on Facebook. I placed the order on 3rd March thinking it would be here in plenty of time for Mothers Day. I contacted them several times and they assured me it would be here in time. It finally arrived yesterday (22 March). I’d like to say it was worth the wait but it’s awful. It’s much smaller than expected and looks cheap and nasty. I also wasn’t expecting the added tax cost. The company just say the correct item was delivered but it’s nothing like the video. Complete rip off 😡

Neither arrived . Contacted customer services every other day. Just keep getting generic responses. Have asked for a refund but they have not even acknowledged that. Looks like I will have to see if my credit card company can help for refund.

I too have yet to receive my Mother’s Day card which was ordered on 9th March- in plenty of time for Mother’s Day.
Additionally the charge removed from my back account was more than my price at checkout. They promised to refund this additional charge but I have never received it.
Conversation with the company just continues to promise delivery even though I’ve told them I’m no longer interested in this and wish a refund.

It's a shame I had to give this company 1 star! I ordered a card on the 6th March for Mothers Day. It's now the 22nd and no sign. I just keep get tracking information that goes nowhere. £15 wasted. Do NOT use this company!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered trousers which did not fit. Having advertised on Facebook that free returns and refunds are accepted this has not been my experience. I was offered £4 as a 'good will gesture'. When I refused and asked again for the full £23.99 I was told 'no'. I was eventually offered £8. I have repeatedly asked why they don't honour the returns and refund info they advertise I have been ignored. Same for any response to me asking for their complaints procedure. I have gone from standard, evasive responses to now no response at all.
Give this company a wide berth if I were you. Absolutely terrible service and attitude.

I ordered and waited a long time for order to arrive. On opening it was damaged I messaged them and the response was I should glue it! These paper flower cards are not cheap and not worth the money paid. I would 100% not recommend

I ordered a pair of size 12 cords for my daughter’s birthday. They have a 34” waist which is a size 16. The website states they are cotton, they are in fact 100% polyester. The company are refusing my request for a refund

Scam company. Advertise on Facebook and then block comments. Luckily I paid through PayPal which has immediately refunded after I reported the problem.
