I had ordered my Mothers day card over a month ago.I have still not received it and all I keep getting are emails about ''its in transit '' Its been in the UK customs apparently since the 17th March still not received it!!I'm starting to think after having read other reviews that ,I don't even believe its been sent.I shall be now,as others make a complaint and thank goodness I paid through PayPal!!

Nothing arrived at all.No mothers day presents.
Paypal being very slow and not at all happy.ordered 23rd Feb and sent numerous emails to the supplier but just got scrpted reply.

Contacted them regarding my mother's Day card. They assured me that they had spoken to their courier and made my order priority. Two weeks and Mother's Day has now passed, still no product. I have reported it to PayPal.

I wouldn’t rate them anything don’t go nr them disgraceful no card no refund

this company claim to be based in the UK – I’ve read they are based in China – the card I ordered seemed to be coming from the states….

A scam. No card received. I only gave it 1 star because I didn’t have the option for 0.

If there were a minus number for this review this company would receive it.

1. They took more money than they were supposed to from my PayPal account quoting the rest as tax.

2. The pop up card has never arrived.

3. The company that takes the payment is of a different name - Giske Network Company.

4. The shipping emails you receive are from another bogus company shipping24hservice.vip.

5. The information in these emails is utter rubbish.

6. Tried to recover my money via PayPal firstly by communication and the idiot tried to tell me that the company they were using to ship with was having it's systems upgraded so they couldn't give them a tracking number (there was already a fake tracking number in the fake email).

7. Then the idiot tried to tell me it was stuck at us customs.

Anyway you get the gist. This company and all associated aforementioned companies are fakes, and this is a scam.

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Will probably never get my money back but if I can help one other person not to loos theirs then I did good at least.

Placed an order for Mothers day card on 4th March and didn't arrive. Glad I payed through PayPal as they have instantly refunded. If this company is a scam then Facebook need to stop allowing their adverts.

I would give this company zero stars. Like many other customers I have not received what I ordered, additional charges were applied and I doubt I’ll ever see the card. I complained to PayPal and have received an immediate refund. I urge others to do the same. It smacks of PayPal knowing they are a dodgy company as there was no delay or quibbling about the complaint.

Scam - overcharged and Mother’s Day card still hasn’t arrived! Steer clear.

I ordered two cards for Mother's Day and they didn't arrive, very disappointed. I'm now having to argue with a customer service inbox to get a refund.

‼️ Do Not Buy‼️Unfortunately can’t give it zero rating. Embarrassed to say, I got scammed!! 😡Wish I had checked them out before ordering. Attempting to recover monies from PayPal which is hopefully the safeguard I hope for.

So, so disappointed. Wish I had looked at reviews before I ordered. Thought it would be a lovely flower gift for my mum for Mothers Day. I'd be embarrassed to give it to her. Good job it was only part of her gift. £13 whatever down the drain and straight in the bin. Shame on this company 😡

Awful company, stay clear. Ordered trousers that’s were at least 2 sizes too small, when I contacted the company was told they would offer £2 as I couldn’t return them!!

Only giving one star as no option to leave 0. Total scam. Poor quality item will try resolve via PayPal.

Absolute rip off

Definitely a scam. Charged above the amount (extra 20%) on invoice for ‘taxes’ but didn’t specify what taxes. Made an additional unauthorised charge. Tracking emails say it’s shipping from USA??? You think you can’t be scammed but these kind of websites don’t even have to try. You just click ‘pay’ and then have so little recourse. Will attempt to resolve with PayPal.

Update from 27 March, 2023. The tracking updates stopped after a few days and I did contact the company directly as Paypal requests that you do that in the first instance. The company, surprisingly, did respond. They did refund me the tax that had been added but after repeated emails they seemed to be fobbing me off by saying the 'courier' was prioritising my delivery. I started a complaint through Paypal and then messages kept going back and forth for days on end with more and more excuses. Then the company gave me a new tracking number through Hermes. Hermes however, didn't show the package was in transit. Very confusingly, the package arrived today and is actually what I ordered. I don't know if this would have been the outcome if I hadn't so actively pursued it. I still would never order from this company. So stressful and really late!

This website is a scam. Do not purchase.

Company taken more money than authorised from account, won’t respond to emails or any other form of contact and appears to be using a fake tracking number, so no goods likely to arrive either.
