Placed an order on feb 3rd, order confirmed. Kept up to date with delivery date /time. Got a text message on Friday to say it was being delivered today, got a message from parcel force this morning & it was delivered within the time slot allocated. Fabric is fab, really good quality & great value for money. First time I’ve ordered from them but would definitely use again.

Fabric arrived with in the 7-10 working days, no problem with the fabric i ordered but had not emails as to when it would be delivered which i would have preferred

Avoid this company at all costs! If you’re lucky enough to receive your order in less than 3 weeks you’re doing well. If you actually get what you ordered, you’re doing really well. Dire customer service, they gave me the wrong tracking number for an order I had been waiting for and that was 3 weeks after I ordered. They then couldn’t find a tracking number and said they would send again if they had it in stock. They offered a refund but because they either don’t reply to emails or take forever to reply, I got a refund through PayPal. Never again.

Initially couldn't fulfil the entire order as didn't have enough fabric left (minus 1 star). To be fair they did phone to see if I wanted a different colour, or make up with another colour. Emailed back with my selection, didn;t hear anything back and had to chase on the phone (minus 1 star). Just arrived with the original fabric order quantity in the originally ordered colour strangely enough, but looks nothing like the material on the website, much cheaper and poor quality (minue 2 stars). Overall pretty rubbish experience to be honest but at least it wasn't a scam. I'd avoid personally.

First and last time buyer. Ordered on the 4th Jan and didn't hear anything about my order so emailed on the 18th Jan to be told it is out of stock, which seems to be the running excuse for this company. Checking the website the items are showing as available so don't know how it is out of stock. They replied back and said I could choose something else but I need my order with the specific colour so I can't amend the colour. I have raised it with PayPal and will go back to shopping at Wool warehouse as they seem to one of the few that know how to provide a good service.

One bitten, twice shy - Ordered an extra 2m of fabric to finish a dress off via eBay. Image of fabric on eBay matched the fabric I was using, but when fabric arrived today it’s a different pattern altogether, I’ve now had to spend an extra £20 with another company to make sure I get it before the weekend.

Second time I’ve ordered from them, 1st time I gave the benefit Of doubt as it was between Christmas & New Year, but like other people i ordered items that they knew were not in stock and after chasing they admitted they weren’t getting the missing item & gave a refund.

Avoid like the plague!

I placed an order on 9th January and have still not received it. This is despite numerous chats and phone calls.
I was contacted 2 weeks after placing the order and was advised that items were out of stock but that I would be refunded and the other items would be shipped. I left it a couple of days before calling and asking for the tracking number. I was told my order would arrive by the end of the week, but that a tracking number was not available.
Still no order and no refund.
Would not recommend this company, and will steer clear in future

Very mixed feelings. Ordered 1st January but, despite emails, heard nothing until a call on 19th to tell me some items were out of stock. I asked for PayPal credit for the missing items. My parcel arrived on 21st January with an invoice for the full amount and no mention of missing items. I immediately texted but had no reply so emailed this morning (25th). I now have my refund.
I'm happy that they let me know some items were unavailable and that today's email was acted upon but puzzled as to why it took so long to send my order, why no communication for over two weeks and why I was able to order items if they were out of stock!
Not sure whether to order again or not.

I boght fabric many times here, and Im surprised, so many people are not happy. I always received my order on time, fantastic quality even £1 fabric. I saved thousands, buying here. Many unusual fabric costs here just over £1 per metre and most other cheaper than anywhere. Im high volume buyer and fabric always nicely packed and delivered on time and always nicer than at pictures. I never had any problem with this company and from my experience, I can highly recommended.

Safe to say I won't risk using again.
I ordered 28 balls of wool as they were on offer on 1.1.23. After 1 week I emailed asking when my order had been dispatched as no tracking with a courier is given. They asked me to wait another week to allow for delays in the post (but never actually told me when the order was dispatched)..fair enough...still nothing. Emailed again twice and telephoned asking for a replacement order. Advised this was sent and this time I did receive a parcelforce notification. Then on the day the order was due which to be fair was only 2 days later I received an email stating only part of the order had been sent and that a refund would be given for the missing 8 balls but I was infact missing 9. I have received the refund thankfully but have had no response to my email regarding the shortfall.
So to sum up, I have my wool and shortfall refund, and but certainly have no confidence in ever using again.

Avoid at all costs!!! I don't believe that this company even exists! Placed an order and nothing received! Tried to reach via online forms - ignorance, phone calls - goes straight to the answering machine, emails - ignorance. Good job I have paid via PayPal so there is a hope that this will be investigated and money refunded via the claim.
I wish I would read the reviews before placing an order! Definitely regret as now I am late with my orders because of them!

I wish Id read reviews before I ordered. Ordered loads of wool on 4th Jan, promised 3 to 5 day delivery. Had no response to emails, no tracking info available never again.

I have opened a dispute with paypal, haven't recieved my order, they won't give tracking number. Wish I had read reviews. Avoid at all costs. If I could give zero stars I would

I wish I had read reviews before placing order. Stay clear away from these consters. I have been calling these people and they keep saying that they are checking with their warehouse for status of despatch, until I said that I had heard that before and all I wanted was a refund then I was told it was being issued but nothing has happened. I'm sure the warehouse is also non-existent at this rate! I have now resorted to Paypal, so hopefully I will get my money back that way.

As other people company is clearly a con won’t give tracking number despite numerous requests and still not received item.I have opened a case with PayPal.Address on website seems to be a mailbox company and will be reporting these to trading standards.They should be closed down a soon as possible to stop them deceiving anyone else.

I have not received my order. The tracking number is non existent. No response from them can't get through on the phone, I have emailed and asked for refund no reply
I've now put a claim in with PayPal
Won't ever use this company again

It saddens me to see such negative responses. I have made multiple orders and have never had any issues at all. The material quality is great, great price and delivery has been excellent. Fabric Giant is the first place that I go to for ordering materials and I've never been disappointed.
I would highly recommend them. Great company.

Terrible.

Claims to have refunded me for an order which they didn't post but pretended that they did (two orders, only sent one, but attached the same tracking number to both orders). Keep saying they have refunded, but they're clearly lying.

Use PayPal so at least you have some way to try to recover your money and don't rely on them to actually provide goods.

I placed an order which hasn`t arrived do you think I can get in touch with anyone NO???? 4 x emails, 3 x messages at least 6 phone calls !!!!!!! I have now registered a grievance with Paypal. Im sure not giving any recommendations

Do not order !!!
My order wasn’t complete,1 item was missing. I contacted them and was promised they will send it, a few weeks later and they haven’t bothered.
No refund either !!!
