Order quite slow to be delivered, and then the wrong fabric was sent.
I have bombarded them with emails, very few were answered, but with promises to deliver the correct item.
Needless to say, I have received nothing…how this company is still in business is a complete mystery to me!

Buyer beware. I wish I had read reviews regarding customer service. Despite numerous emails two telephone conversations and an alleged missed delivery when I was in. My order from 6 October has still to date not arrived it is 24 November today. Will review goods if they arrive or post regarding refund.

Have ordered a few times from them. No issues with the products themselves, however delivery is almost laughable. Hit and miss whether or not you receive tracking information. Waiting for an order since 25th October so emailed for tracking. They then gave me a tracking number which revealed it has been sat at my sorting office since November 3rd. Not the first time I've had issues with shipping – it's ALWAYS very, very slow.

I bought fabrics from them a few times. I had no issues until they sent me the wrong item. Tried to call but all I got was their voicemail. Sent 3 emails. No reply. So disappointing. Will take my business elsewhere.

Ordered 3 balls of 100g wool after many weeks I received ONE! Wish I had never bothered. Total Scammers!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Placed a order for cushions panels paid for 8 panels received 5 panels.
Have sent email, left messages on the answerphone tried live chat that was not live as they will not talk to you so no refund.
No customer service they will only take your money that it. Very unhappy

Only one item in my order was as described. One fabric said it was jersey cashmere (high quality). It was thin stretch polyester. Two fabrics were supposed to be cotton. Neither were. I emailed saying that cotton burns, it doesn't melt. I've tested them and they both melted. I haven't had a reply.
Delivery time was very slow too and I had to chase them up for tracking details. Might as well not have bothered as the products were rubbish and a waste of money. If you want fabric at a good price and a much better service, use Pound fabrics or Rena Begum on Facebook. Always an exact description of the fabric. Definitely not an outright lie like Fabric Giant

Would give 0 if I could. Sent order they took payment immediately and never sent wool despite me emailing and putting question on their 'chat' button but no answer. Thank goodness I paid via PayPal so I'm hoping for a refund. Disgraceful company they shouldn't still be in business taking good people's money.

I ordered six different fabrics from them. My parcel took a couple of weeks to arrive, and only four items were in it. Apparently the two missing items were out of stock. I was refunded for them, but not the full amount. Of the four items I received, two were substantially not as described (cheap polyester rather than cotton). I contacted them immediately and was promised a refund for one, but was told they'd "have to check" about the other fabric. They promised to email me about it, but here I am, nearly a week later, no email, no refund, and a pile of cheap polyester I can't use. I will not be buying from Fabric Giant again.

Ordered first time. Showed dispatch but over a week later still waiting. But ordered from two different companies on the same day and got both delivery's last week. But here I am still waiting nobody picking up the phone 3 emails and no reply. What the frig if I don't receive anything by tomorrow I'll be cancelling my credit card payment. Just Ridiculous first and last order with this company. Seeing reviews on here obviously not sent from the u.k rip off if fabric is needed. People order from pound fabric great price always receive good quality fabric just a shame this time they didn't have the fabric I needed which is why I ordered from this useless company.

Like many others I wish I had read these reviews first . Two weeks now and no wool has arrived . They eventually responded to an email blaming Royal Mail but I ordered wool from another site two days ago which arrived today . Really worried now as my order will be late and if the wool doesn’t arrive that’s all my profit gone.
So wool eventually arrived today . According to Royal Mail it was posted two days ago not two week ago as fabric giant had indicated . Communicate truthfully then this won’t upset people

I am slightly concerned with reading the reviews. I have previously ordered 3 to 4 times. FIrst 3 tiems lovely fabrics arrived v quickly. last time Sizes were cut wrong but did send out another bit about 3 weeks after. I made an order for £166 of Fabric Have phoned several times no answer, no reply from facebook messenger, or phone calls or by email.

I wish i had read these reviews before ordering. It says despatched however that was yesterday, bank holiday. Tried phoning numerous times, fb message, email etc. Needed fabric urgently, requested express delivery but that didnt add. Wanted to talk to them this morning to sort. Now panicking whether I will get this on time. If someone is answering these messages i want to know before contacting paypal to cancel.

I made an order and 90% of it turned up and I was happy with it. But there was an item missing and despite multiple emails and a voicemail message - no one seems to actually answer the phone - it has still not arrived after weeks and weeks. I have now requested a refund for the missing item. We will see... I will not be using them again.

First order no 14052735 over 50 quid and checked these reviews here too late by the looks of it. Phone number not recognised, no answer to email and it's been a week. Moved into a mobile home and DESPERATE for the fabric! We're melting in this heat 🙈 so if customer service reads this please please hurry for the sake of the kifd and the animals! Otherwise cancel the order and refund. Thanks, Nicole

Ordered two types of fabric along with two chalks. Only the chalks and one of the fabrics turned up with no communication or refund for the missing one. I’m not going to have to battle them to try and prove they made a mistake.

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing!!! I have ordered some fabrics, paid for postage(found it strange that you cannot update your shipping to first class but I was thinking surely it will be fine.)I had not received anything, no emails if it has been despatched or what's happening at all. I went back to the confirmation email where you can "track" your order, it only says it has been despatched...when and by what means, only God knows. It has been 9 days, no sign of the order yet.

To be honest I'm getting a bit fed up with being ignored and fobbed off all the time.

I asked for another order to be added to my order and was told that the first order had been dispatched and if I placed my order I would have the postage refunded, so I went ahead and placed it.

I was then rang up the following evening to say that I ordered 10 meters of red cat and you only had 6, and I ordered 6 meters of yellow cat and you only had 2 meters.

So the order hadn't been dispatched as I was told, so I gave the man my second order and it was put with the first order and they were bothe dispatched together.

Which I received very quickly, however trying to get the postage refund has been a lot harder to get.

Also the 2nd order that I ordered 15 meters of its missing two lots of the printed cat, all that is printed is the cats green eyes, which the person doing the orders must have known about when getting the order ready and its right in the middle not leaving enough for a quilt cover??

I did get the refund straight away for the 8 missing meters of the material that you never had in stock.

I would be grateful if this postage could be sorted out ASAP as promised by someone on Wednesday.

POSTAGE HAS BEEN REFUNDED,SHAME ITS DONT DONE ASAP LIKE THEY KEEP PROMISING!!!

P.S if order goes fine the is no problem its just when you have a problem there if no help phone no and email response worse then useless and even when they say they will do something, they don't.
