Fantastic experience from start to finish. I initially dealt with Paul who was very kind and knowledgeable and explained each stage of the process and the best options for me very clearly. The windows were completed within a quick timeframe and fitted by expert fitters. They were very friendly, efficient and clean. I’m delighted with the new windows. Paul’s advice was spot on and they really suit the house. I would highly recommend and will definitely work with Fairco in the future.

The installation was completed by Paul. He is a very thorough worker and so clean and tidy. We are delighted with the outcome.
We had to wait for 15 weeks from the time the order was submitted which was very annoying

The whole experience of working with Fairco was fantastic. Paul in sales was knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The windows and doors we ordered look great and have greatly improved heat retention and noise insulation in our home. And the fitting team were also fantastic - they worked quickly and to a high standard. Even when we had an issue with one of our windows being cracked during installation, Fairco resolved this issue quickly and without any fuss. On top of all the positive, Fairco quoted us a competitive price for a high quality product. Overall I am delighted I went with Fairco. I would highly recommend them.

Guys fitted doors quickly efficiently and expertly.
They were extremely neat and cleaned up after themselves. Their workmanship was excellent.

From start with Linda and Kevin who spent time going through the whole procedure with me to finishing with Victor, Frank,Ronan and Michael who did an excellent job replacing six windows and a kitchen door with the all important cat flap. Nothing phased them. Very polite tidy workers. Absolutely love my windows.

I had a very challenging window installation project to do. Fairco surveyed the job and gave me a competitive price. as part of the quote they outlined in detail how the project would be executed, including removal of existing windows, they also confirmed anticipated duration. They did an excellent job and what impressed me most was their attention to detail and how meticulous they were in keeping my home clean throughout the installation. Also, they did exactly what they said they would do and finished the job ahead of their own schedule. My home was left spotless. In addition I found the team to be very courteous and professional. I am delighted with the end result and have no hesitation in recommending Fairco for any door/window installation job.

The installation team was outstanding, incredibly courteous and efficient. However, a major ordering mix-up caused by inadequate systems at Farico led to delayed delivery and negatively impacted the overall experience.

Absolutely seamless from ordering to installation. All encounters with staff were pleasant and very efficient. I am very happy with my new windows, they are super quality and installed by courteous, clean and friendly workers. I cannot recommend Fairco enough.

Fairco installed replacement sash windows in my house. At first I was pleased with the product . However two panes failed and attempts to get Fairco to replace the glass was wearing to say the least. It took over two years of persist emailing and phoning to get the panes replaced.
A third pane subsequently failed. Fairco asked for payment to replace it. I said it was still under the 10 year guarantee to which they responded that the glass was only under a 7 year guarantee.
With regard to your reply I wish to point out that I contacted Fairco in 2023 well within the 7 year warranty. You failed to deal with the issue until 2025 . Also you did not restore the original sash windows you replaced them.

Excellent service from start to finish. We are delighted with our new doors. Everyone we dealt with was professional and helpful especially Paul in the sales team and Reg who installed the doors. We would recommend Fairco.

The first date for the installation was Wednesday 16th April 2025. We were promised that the installation of the three windows and one door would be completed in 2 Days. The crew arrived at 10.00am and I immediately received a phone call looking for the final payment as agreed. They did not tell me that one of the windows was not in the van and was not made at this stage.
Four days later, two windows and the door and frame were installed but the windows were not sealed from the outside due to bad weather and obviously they promised to do it asap.
Fairco never contacted me and only responded when I contacted them.
The third window was installed on Monday the 2nd June but the other windows were not sealed as promised.
Again no contact from Fairco so I sent photographs of the unsealed windows and eventually the windows were sealed on Friday 20th June.
I would not recommend Fairco and they caused us untold stress and we deeply regretted opting for them to provide and install the windows.

We had a full house of windows and doors from Fairco windows . From the initial visit from Paul to the installation team we could not have asked for a better service . The workmanship is fantastic and they left our house in immaculate condition . The difference in warmth and outside noise is unbelievable. Such high quality windows & doors . I would highly recommend this company .

Having received a good few quotes to have my Windows and Front door replaced, I am happy that i chose Fairco to do them. The experience was very good from the beginning in their showroom in Santry to the Rep coming to my home for quote. No amount of emails and questions from me was an issue and the journey was seamless the whole way. The fitters were also very respectful of my home.

Excellent to deal with. Great range. Arrived when they said they would. Staff top class and most accommodating, especially Linda and Dean. Was able to pay in installments. Work first rate, clean and tidied up when finished. Used them 3 times now. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for windows or doors.

We had 3 doors fitted by Fairco circa. 2yrs ago. We decided to replace the front hall door - which was in place over 15 years - with a door that was recommended by Fairco. To-date they have been out 8 times to resolve rain leaks and drafts. They will not accept that the door is incorrect and cannot stand up to wind / rain without leaking. The customer service we received to-date from the Managing Director is very poor. Emails and phone calls are ignored to appoint where now intend taking the matter to a solicitor and ultimately to court.
Thank you for the generic response which really lacks detail. You failed to confirm that Fairco have been out to my house more 8 times to address rain water flooding my hallway [photos and videos supplied to Fairco] and continuous drafts from the new door supplied by Fairco. Myself and my wife have taken time off work to facilitate the fixes not to mention the heat loss. When do we say "enough is enough". We got an independent inspection done yesterday and guess what the door is not fit for purpose and should have never been fitted - even Fairco engineer agreed with this during a previous repair. After 2 years we now need to replace the door again to prevent future leaks and drafts. I'm happy to let the courts decide whether or not Fairco are responsible and we'll seek all costs and damages. My advise is - read the reviews here and don't use this company otherwise you will regret it like me.

We had new windows installed by Fairco recently and I can't recommend them highly enough. Everything went like clockwork with them from the initial call out , to the detailed inspection to the installation. The guys who done the installation were very professional and explained everything very well, they completed the house in 3 days and were very tidy and considerate with everything and everyone in the house. The installation was done to the highest standard and there were no issues with any of the work done. Just the way you want an installation to go.
