Munster Joinery Avis

Avoid at all costs. Dreadful customer service. Called an arranged a call out to fix windows that had been installed by Munster Joinery and they took a month to call out. We had to pay a deposit in advance and were promised the repairs would be taken care of the following week but over a month later, still nothing. Calls to escalate the situation have been ignored and promises to return a call from management have repeatedly failed to materialise. Beggars belief they are in business 50 years by providing such a substandard service.

Windows and doors installed today great service, 2 week lead time, well done and thanks James Hickey

First time to deal with Munster Joinery .
Spoke with their Rep Paul on the phone who was extremely helpful / polite to deal with. He had our order sorted and delivered within 3 weeks, Thanks Paul.

Very efficient company to deal with. One phone call to the Rep (Paul McDonnell who was very professional and very responsive to any what's app messages or phone calls) and my windows were ordered and installed within 3 weeks. Installers were very professional and did a great job also.

Excellent service from Munster Joinery. Had the windows replaced throughout our house. Paul McDonnell our sales rep was very helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. The team of window fitters under Paul Kirwan could not have been better. We were delighted with the quality of their work and how clean and tidy the job was. Very happy with our experience and with the quality of our new windows.

Paul McDonnell was our point of contact and he went out of his way to ensure we got exactly what we wanted, on time and he followed through with great after sales service
Excellent

Excellent
Tullamore based and Paul was a great help

We recently had new windows and door installed, and we honestly couldn't be happier with the whole experience!

From start to finish, everything was absolutely brilliant. Ken Lacey was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was professional, friendly, helpful and always on hand to answer any questions. He made everything so straightforward and stress-free.

The quality of the windows and doors is excellent, the installation was top-class, and the whole team did a brilliant job. Everything was handled so smoothly, from the initial consultation right through to the finished result.

A huge thank you to Ken and everyone involved. We would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of getting new windows or doors. An absolute pleasure to deal with from beginning to end! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐John and Mary Farrelly

Post installation customer care is very poor.
My window was leaking during rain - water leak towards inside of the house which is a kind of emergency repair required. All they wanted is 120 euro call out charge and they say it takes 3 weeks minimum for engineer visit, then if parts needs replacement, that may take another month plus. Other issues we can wait and sort. How can we peacefully sleep if you know that the water is leaking through window to the inside of your house 🤔. Not happy with the post installation service at all.

We had a fantastic experience with Munster joinery. Very professional.Brendan Murphy was our Rep and from the very first phone call ,to meeting up and going through options and quotes and advising us,He made the process very easy, again so helpful and professional. Our fitter Brendan Kelly was outstanding, very neat, tidy. Full window and both doors replaced, Paul McDonald was our salesman and he made the whole process simple and stress free, thank you Paul, fitters were top class and very clean, they double checked everything, the product was superior compared to others we looked at, top class company built by top class staff, thank you.

The rep Paul McDonnell was very helpful and patient with us, as we were fitting into existing 100 year old opes. Paul called to site several times to measure and double check sizes, styles etc.

Excellent experience with their sales rep Brian O’Rourke who listen to our needs, understood our requirements and delivered an excellent outcome with our home now certified as BER A rated as a result of the new windows and doors provided by Munster Joinery.

I found dealing with Niall Fleming very straightforward, he was very informative & helpful with all queries.

We had to get a shed window and door fitted that had not been done when the house was built 5 years ago. After getting a few prices Munster joinery was cheapest and the turn around time was quick. They did have to cancel the original fitting date but had it rescheduled for 2 days later. Sean from Munster joinery was a great help through out the process. Very happy with the work done

Supplied and fitted new windows and doors to our new build which we bought through their rep Niamh stack. Very happy with the final job and the quality of product and finish we would have no problem in recommending Munster joinery.

HI ALL,
I would very much like to endorse the work of Munster Joinery in supplying all of the windows and doors for house at Cypress Gardens, Athlone.
My point of contact was Finbarr Holmes and I have many dealings with him over the years and I have always found him to be extremely professional and very efficient in all aspects of the business.
Thanks to Munster Joinery for the quality of their materials and thanks to the team of workers who installed everything.
Regards,

Marty Ward.
