Fairco Windows & Doors Avis 

We had 3 doors fitted by Fairco circa. 2yrs ago. We decided to replace the front hall door - which was in place over 15 years - with a door that was recommended by Fairco. To-date they have been out 8 times to resolve rain leaks and drafts. They will not accept that the door is incorrect and cannot stand up to wind / rain without leaking. The customer service we received to-date from the Managing Director is very poor. Emails and phone calls are ignored to appoint where now intend taking the matter to a solicitor and ultimately to court.
Thank you for the generic response which really lacks detail. You failed to confirm that Fairco have been out to my house more 8 times to address rain water flooding my hallway [photos and videos supplied to Fairco] and continuous drafts from the new door supplied by Fairco. Myself and my wife have taken time off work to facilitate the fixes not to mention the heat loss. When do we say "enough is enough". We got an independent inspection done yesterday and guess what the door is not fit for purpose and should have never been fitted - even Fairco engineer agreed with this during a previous repair. After 2 years we now need to replace the door again to prevent future leaks and drafts. I'm happy to let the courts decide whether or not Fairco are responsible and we'll seek all costs and damages. My advise is - read the reviews here and don't use this company otherwise you will regret it like me.

We had new windows installed by Fairco recently and I can't recommend them highly enough. Everything went like clockwork with them from the initial call out , to the detailed inspection to the installation. The guys who done the installation were very professional and explained everything very well, they completed the house in 3 days and were very tidy and considerate with everything and everyone in the house. The installation was done to the highest standard and there were no issues with any of the work done. Just the way you want an installation to go.

Just got my new windows all in, and from start to finish the services was just amazing, from Dean who went through all the designs with us and knew exactly what I wanted to kevin who took all the littlest details into account just what I was looking for, than the guys that fitted them Victor was just unreal with every detail and each window the fitting was done in no time and every window was done with care.. everyone of my neighbours were asking me who we got the finish is just incredible and my house looks like a total different home... can't wait for next year already to get the French doors done in the back garden.. thank you to all your work is amazing

I cannot praise Fairco highly enough. Jack in Sales was so personable, offered great advice and was very reassuring on queries I followed up with. And thanked me for my business, a long time since I heard that from any company frankly! The surveyor Kevin was so thorough and competent in every aspect that the finish achieved and level of detail was exceptional. Then the crew arrived and I was extremely impressed from start to finish. Gary, Jamie , Vaz and others were very courteous, extremely professional and hard- working. The quality of their work, the finish and care taken was really excellent. Even when I contacted Fairco after the installation the service I received was very efficient and courteous. Delighted that I chose Fairco. They did what they promised.

I would not recommend this company whatsoever as we have had constant issues with our windows and doors since being installed. Fairco have had to return to 'fix' multiple issues a total of 11 times over the past 14 months. They are so helpful and enthusiastic but this soon changes once the money is handed over.. I contacted Fairco multiple times to raise my concerns and disappointment in their service however this was never acknowledged, we never received an apology or any explanation instead an engineer was sent out to take notes of potential repairs and then a follow up appointment made for someone to carry out the work. This has been done 11 times in 14 months.

Pricing seemed fine but installation was very poor. Within a few days of installation, I had a leak through the door as no sealant had been used between the cill and threshold. To be fair to them, they came out within a couple of days and fixed it, but it could have destroyed my floor if I hadn't spotted it. Otherwise, the experience was fine.

I had a very positive experience with Fairco from beginning to end of the process. They were friendly, efficient, and very neat. It was my second time getting French doors with Fairco and I would 100% recommend.

We're very happy that we went with Fairco. From the moment I walked into the showroom in Deansgrange Linda was extremely helpful and full of practical advice, she then visited us, talked everything through and we went ahead. Next up pre-install survey, again very clean, effecient and straightforward. Payment was simple and strees free. Then install. Derek and his team were excellent over the couple of days installing our new french doors, back door and new window. All mess cleaned up and the install was to an extremely high standard. Such an upgrade on what was there before. Room already much warmer and draft free

We had 11 windows installed recently. I had expected major disruption and was not looking forward to it. I found FAIRCO very helpful in choosing what we needed. We had a mix of traditional sash and casement types. When it came to measuring and installing, the appointments were easy to arrange. The payment arrangements were fuss free.
I was amazed at how quickly the installation took place.The guys on site were a pleasure and very tidy. I am delighted with the outcome. Only regret is not doing this sooner !

From the moment we entered the showroom we were impressed. Sarah was very helpful and explained all about the doors and fittings. Jack & Kevin helped along the way. The door arrive on time and Paul did a wonderful job with the fitting. We were very pleased with the whole experience.

We’ve recently had our windows and doors replaced by FAIRCO. From Paul at sales stage to Vaz and Paul and their teams we’ve had a very positive experience. Guys arrived as scheduled, disruption and dust were kept to a minimum and installation was very good. It was inevitable that there would be some snags, but these were minimal and dealt with promptly by Shane in the installation department. The after sales service was very good. All in all we’re delighted with the results….

Do not touch this company complete shambles.This is my 2nd review of this company as I received a call from Jack in their sales team asking me to remove my last review I agreed to do this when they dealt with all the issues.We did have a visit and some of the repairs were done but he was to come back to finish of a minor issue still hasn’t come back.currently we have 3 major issues with hall door,French doors and also a window.We spent €30,000 euros with this company and they couldn’t care less about there shoddy work.We have decided that we will seek legal advice as we are wasting our time and energy chasing these cowboys.I have no doubt they will reply to this review with lies as you couldn’t trust anything they tell you.Please do your research.

We recently had french patio doors installed by Fairco. From the first encounter with Zara at the showroom to the visit by Jack in sales to the measurement by Kevin and finally the installation by Vaz and Mick it was a very professional and easy experience. Each person was so detailed in their knowledge of what they had to offer. Jack had a great insight into the design that would work fir our home but not at all pushy. The communication was excellent and the installation much sooner than expected which wad great. The house was left spotless and the doors look fabulous. Love the natural grain in white and the trim finish makes the finish look perfect. Was assured if any "settlement" of the system were to occur they would be out to rectify. Very reassuring. Shopped around a little but tbh no other supplier gave that first impression of professionalism that Fairco did. 100% recommend the team at Fairco.

I recently got my windows and a back door installed by Fairco and I couldn’t be happier. I dealt with Paul in the sales team and he was brilliant, he gave some brilliant ideas and didn’t try to oversell me anything. After shopping around a few places I thought Fairco was the best and decided to go with them. From start to finish they were amazing and such a quick turnaround from sale to installation (a few weeks!). When it came to installation day the guys (in particular Noel) who completed the work were friendly and professional. I left the property while work was going on and a few hours later all done with no mess and great quality work. 10/10 experience for me.

Sean and Adam did a great job on installing the windows. Fairco Deansgrange were very easy to deal with and from initial quote, to payments and installation there were no issues. Communication was very good and I was never left wondering when the windows would be installed.

Avoid Fairco.

I regret going with Fairco. We have had non stop issues with the Fairco windows.

The workmanship was shocking. The drafts get really bad and upsetting on cold days.

We called them to fix multiple times. Just fobbed us off and really did nothing other than try 'hide' the issues. We still have issues with what they did. Very upsetting.

Warning. Stay clear.

Note we got them to install the windows a few years ago. Not in the last 12 months. We had been giving them a chance to try fix the issues over the first few years. Gave up. They exhausted us.

Fairco did an amazing job replacing my windows and doors. The team was professional, efficient, and paid attention to every detail. The new installations look great, improved energy efficiency, and the whole process was hassle-free. Highly recommend them for their outstanding work and customer service!

My brother recommended this company. I met with Dean from the sales team who was very knowledgeable about the product. Reg and josh did a fantastic job installing the 7 windows and sliding door. Work was completed within 2 days as advised.
