Mathew was patient, professional and well informed and I was able to make an informed decision. Its not easy to leave a fund Ive been with for 19 years but this was prompted by my desire to have freedom of choice where we select our medical services without compromising on cost. If my children are the slightest bit apprehensive about Drs or dentists I want to go where they feel secure and at ease. Thats not a reflection on practitioners signed up to a specific fund, but this is health and should t feel like being about profit for the fund first.Mathew answered my questions and provided options and choices. I needed to understand how the transition worked and when I had that information I made the choice. My initial inquiry that promoted my move was because I seemed to get low rebates and it was only when I realised this was because my choices were being determined for me by my current fund that I explored options. I should have done this several years ago.
