The portrait of Daisy is beautiful, I’m absolutely delighted with it. A lovely company and I wish them every success in the future.

I came across this site by accident and to be honest had my doubts but I couldn’t be happier with my pictures. I was searching for something a bit different for my doggie friends and these pictures absolutely fit the bill. I can’t believe how well the company has captured the likeness of the dogs. I am totally thrilled and I know my friends will be too. Just sorry I didn’t find the site earlier, these pictures would be ideal for a few others in my life. Still there are always birthdays 😁 Please don’t hesitate if you know someone who would like a picture, neither you nor them will be disappointed.

Came across this company on Facebook, was offering a portrait for £6, was a bit sceptical to start but after reading reviews I decided to give them a go and I am so pleased I did, the portrait looks exactly like my dog who passed away 3 weeks ago
I hadn’t received it after 5 days so emailed company and it was sorted straight away, I hadn’t included my email so my fault
I will definitely be using this company again, 😁

I didn’t really expect much for the price but I thought it was a unique idea and that I didn’t really have much to lose.
I was completely blown away by the image I received which was of the highest quality. This company deserves nothing but praise. Fantastic image and will certainly order again.

Not as easy to use as some make out. You get sent the link which says you can access different formats and sizes. No you cant. And noone replies to emails.

If I could give more than 5⭐️I would. I have had a few of these portraits done and each and everyone has been amazing. We lost our 16year old staffie last Thursday and I wanted his portrait to along side all my other fur babies. The order time was so quick (less than 24 hours) and the portrait has had me in tears it’s so lifelike. An amazing company and I cannot recommend them enough. My only word of caution is don’t open the portrait in public as you will end up in tears……not a good look whilst shopping in Asda. Well done Jane this has made my day x

These AI generated pictures are just awful. They do not resemble my pets at all and the colours are so garish. Far too much colour , detracting from my poor dog. I actually threw mine straight in the bin they were that bad, and I mean bad At this time of year where money is so tight it breaks my heart to know I wasted so much money
DO NOT BUY OFF HERE UNLESS YOU WANT 2ND RATE CRAP WHICH I GUESS LOTS ATE HAPPY WITH. TRUST ME YOUR PET DESERVES FAR MORE THAN THE RUBBISH THEY ARE CHURNING OUT

I chanced upon Familyportraitcompany on Facebook as I was idly scrolling. What a find! It was easy to order, even easier to follow the process and a total surprise to find my portrait available in no time at all. And, it’s perfect!
Jane is so talented and her customer service is second to none. I am off to order another portrait as soon as I have finished this review!

I ordered my portrait 15 days ago.
Although everytime i WhatsApped the shop i got a reply. This is not the issue.
The issue is that it states on the website its a 24 hour turnaround.
I waited 15 days for my portrait. There was also a issue after 7 days of waiting, about the quality of the image to be poor. I had to message the shop to checkup on how my portrait was getting on.. it was only then that I was asked for another image, why wasn't I contacted days earlier??
Although I am happy with the portrait, I would never order from here again. I just found customer service to be poor, and the lie on the website about it being a quick turnaround.. when i waited 15 days, which i also had to chase up, I was not kept up to date with the progress of my portrait. Very unhappy with service.
I ordered 26th november. Recieved december 12th.. only due to me chasing my order up twice.

Found this company when the ad popped up on Facebook. Such an easy process to upload your photos and order, and the portraits were received so quickly! I’m absolutely thrilled with them as one of my cats has quite a distinctive expression which Jane has captured perfectly! Communication is also excellent - rapid response to all queries which is such a bonus these days. Would definitely recommend Jane for any portraits of your pet family. 5* service!

Received the portrait of my lovely Buddy today. It’s beautiful and it was so easy to order and print and super fast delivery of download . What a fantastic alternative to the usual photograph. Very happy with the service and of course the price is amazing.

I saw the advert for this company on facebook, looking at all the positive comments and the great price I decided to give them a go. I’ve had 3 portraits done for Christmas presents and can highly recommend the quality is fabulous. I didn’t upload my photos correctly but they emailed me straight away and I was able to send them by email. Great communication from the company and a fabulous product.

I found this company through an add on Facebook. I found the whole process to be easy and simple to upload my photo. I was send the image a few days later and am absolutely blown away, it is just beautiful, captures my dog wonderfully. I can’t wait to print it out and get it framed. I would highly recommend anyone to use this company, I will use them again! Thank you for my gorgeous photo.
