Excellent service from beginning to end. After uploading my photo of my dog the next day I received my download. I am well pleased with the results as the artist had created a beautiful watercolour painting with an abstract background of splattered paint - it is excellent

I have recently purchased a portrait from the family portrait company, it was amazing. A lot better than I expected it to be. Before I opened up the picture I felt nervous and excited. Once I saw it I fell in love with it immediately. 100% I would recommend. So much so, that i have ordered more to come. Really happy with the purchase.

We sadly lost our Beloved Barney this October, after suffering 2 and a half years from Dementia and cancer. We felt we wanted to honour him with a portrait. Found Family Portrait through Facebook and thought with such a good offer we also honour Our Lovely Bosch who we lost last year and Rosie we lost in 22 😢

Absolutely beautiful black & white digital print made from my favourite photo of my English Bulldog. I printed it off (8”x8”) and framed it as a Christmas present for my mother in law who loves it too. I can’t recommend it enough and will be ordering more of our other three dogs. Superb service and value for money.

I realise these portraits are not hand drawn but the three I have are really great. Can’t thank the company enough for their patience in redoing two to make all three the same type and their customer service has been quick and positive. So what if they are AI, I love them. Thank you and will definitely use in future.

It was so easy to order the sketches. Im not tech/computer minded , so if I can do it anyone can. The digital copies arrived via email , in about 2/3 days , & I downloaded them to my photos. The sketches are fantastic & really bring out my two cats personalities & details perfectly. I love them & highly recommend this company.

I didn't think I had received my portrait, but the very quick reply helped me to find it! And, oh my, when I clicked on the link to view my portrait, I got goosebumps. Very happy with my drawing

A friend of mine posted a photo on her Facebook and I loved it. She sent me the link to familyportraitcompany.com I viewed it and absolutely loved the many designs offered and the huge discounted prices and offers available. I lost my absolute world on 2nd December, my French Bulldog Ivy. I wanted some prints to place next to her casket and I instantly knew Jane was the right person to do it. I placed my order around 8pm last night, delivery said 7-10 days but I was hoping they would arrive for Christmas. I ordered 3 prints, some personalised. To my absolute amazement I received an email today saying my prints were ready, I opened my order and there was my beautiful girl, yes I broke my heart but they were happy tears. The quality and detail was amazing and I will be forever grateful to Jane for her amazing customer service and returning my prints in less than 24 hours, absolutely outstanding and I would not hesitate to highly recommend this Company to anyone, you won't be disappointed, I will 100% be ordering from her again.
