What an amazing company. We absolutely love our picture of our rescue dog who is now 12. I've just had one done of my friend's dog and made a mistake with the spelling of their name, it was corrected straight away at no extra charge. The service is excellent. I absolutely love my portrait, you captured my girls features perfectly.
The only issue was I couldn’t download it, followed the instructions and had to save a copy as per the instructions but it (IMQBB) wanted me to register an account in order to download but would not let me register an account, so all I have is the saved copy. Which is a shame as paid £10 for a portrait and just have what equates to a photo/screenshot of said digital portrait.
I do love it though so thank you

So after I paid for my photo of my mums two dogs I then got an email to say that I have to pay another £3 so they can do both dogs I then received the photo the next day (today) and looking at the photo that has been done I must say this is AI generated as I also have a similar one that chatGBT has done so I’ve only gone and wasted money on a company that relies on AI they are stealing money from people and it’s absolutely disgusting makes me sick to my stomach how they can lie saying they are artist when in fact they are not!!!!!

SCAM!!!! AI CREATED PHOTOS PRETENDING TO BE HAND DRAWN!!!!

Do NOT purchase from this disgusting company. They used freely available programs like chatGPT etc to create an artificial sketch of your loved one/pet. They are NOT hand drawn by a real person whatsoever.

People are throwing their money away at this company thinking it was worth just a few pounds for what they got. But what they don't realise is that they are promoting the scam by using and commenting how wonderful your fake pictures are.

Stop it!!

Real artists spend YEARS to create artworks that have genuine care and love put into them and you're putting them out of business by being LAZY!!!!

I came across this company via chance on FB, so was totally blown away to receive not only excellent communication & customer service, but the portraits themselves were amazing.
I purchased one of my own pet & one for my sisters fur baby too.
We did buy them at an offer price but i would highly recommend & would myself purchase again even at full price.
Great Service, easy to use website & checkout.

My parents got me one of these where they put together different photos to make a family portrait. My parents used photos of completely different ages their fault of course! However the kids are tiny up to my husband and me and it looks ridiculous. They are the size of babies when they are teenagers!!

I ordered 8 of these portraits of my horses and cats, absolutely over the moon with them all and so were my family. Once the image has been emailed to you, you can print off any size to suit and as many copies as you would like. Can't wait to take more pictures and get these done too. You will not be disappointed with your order and they have excellent customer service too if you have an issue.

I purchased my portrait of my beautiful cocker spaniel in black and white, which was amazing. Then I ordered the coloured on, it arrived yesterday, when I downloaded it, it blow my mind. It was absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend this company.
