Customer service has been excellent
Customer service has been excellent. Most staff have been helpful.
There has been a few issues with some of the item that were delivered, however staff at fastwarm aimed at correcting the problem.

Great service
The best thing is you can call them and actually place the order over the phone. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Order arrived exactly as promised the next day. Cannot fault this service.

Really please with the electric UFH kit… really decent price and good quality materials
Super fast postage aswell from fastwarm, all next day ect. When you compare the price of the matting for example against other brands fastwarm is by far best value
Quality also great. Well worth the spend and warranty package seems good . Had a few hiccups due to third party delivery companies but the way it was dealt with by fastwarm was excellent. No complaints

Excellent company
I have made several orders with Fastwarm already, each time has been excellent, delivery has been fast and on one occasion where part of the order was missing, it was at my door step the following day, no hassle, no fuss.
Contact with them is wonderful, polite and precise, there is no excessive sales and they offer well informed advice.
And! Their prices are extremely fair and are a bargain compared to many other companies.
They offer materials and products from some of the top producers or offer their own products that are (again) excellent.
I cannot say enough time how great they are and excellent the company, customer service and products are.

I had an excellent experience with FastForm from start to finish. From the very first conversation, Jake was incredibly helpful—he really took the time to understand what I wanted and gave honest, practical advice on the best flooring options. He explained what would work well, what to avoid, and made the whole decision process so much easier.
What really stood out was the level of service. The delivery was unbelievably fast—arriving the very next day, which completely exceeded my expectations.
The flooring itself is fantastic quality and looks amazing now it’s down. On top of that, the company provides really helpful videos showing exactly how to fit the floor and what the final result will look like, which made the whole process even smoother.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier. Great product, outstanding advice, and genuinely top-tier customer service. Highly recommend!

Not happy anymore
Not happy anymore. I still haven't recived refund from previous order which I returned. £368.51 . Order number 138173 . They promised to receive refund in 3 to 5 working days but still haven't recived it. I already paid for return delivery too .
