Customer service brilliance
Might sound weird here but I changed my mind on an order and needed to cancel, emailed in and they managed to cancel the order before it shipped this morning saving me a load of time and hassle sending the kit back. Its not just the product or the website, its the way you deal with a problem that defines your business. Excellent and will use again when the need arises.

Really great company and staff
Really great company and staff, throughout my interactions with fastwarm, my main point of contact was James Parmenter who was great at understanding my needs and recommending the right products.
They also followed through with the price match which meant I knew I was getting good value.
Would use again for any UFH projects.
