Mislabelled
Ordered a pair of jeans, from the website. Sent a completely different size because label on waistband states actual size, but price tag states the size I ordered.
So far, no joy from emailing customer services.
Also....bought a different pair at the Castleford outlet, only to see it neatly £10 cheaper on the website, when I got home.

No waiting. Assistant saw my order number and immediately went to fetch my order which was on Click & Collect. Assistant was very helpful and cheerful.

Never any complaints
Lovely clothes, well made with great little details. Shop in store when I can, staff are lovely at the Castleford shop which is nearest to me. Website is easy to navigate and delivery speedy. No complaints. Have converted my husband as well.

It's hard to review goods which haven't been received!
It would be better if the email to say that the goods are ready for collection came before the one requesting a review. A week and a bit on and there is no notification to say when they will arrive.
I would heartily recommend keeping customers in the loop.
FOLLOW UP
The company responded quickly to the post and the good were received at the end of the week. Quality of children's clothes is spot on, good value too as dungarees were in sale.

I love taking my time browsing online…
I love taking my time browsing online then having something special delivered to my favourite shop. This gives me a great excuse to take a closer look at everything, feel the quality and pick up other items which I prefer to try on or feel the fabric. Combined with a cafe visit I have a great trip out and guaranteed successful journey!

An amazing outlet experience
An amazing outlet experience! My first time visiting a FatFace Outlet Store as we live towards Harrogate and my oh my! The shop was very clean, well laid out and tidy. Perfect space to use a pushchair as we had one with us. Very helpful staff & one in particular (receipt said Lucy, she had red glasses and such a friendly nature!) she assisted us with buying my grandchildren some clothes, I even walked away with 2 new dresses and a pair of jeans. She helped us from entering the store, to trying things on and getting her professional advice & then going to the till with her! She even got our receipt sent to my husbands email address (very high tech!). We will be visiting more often!

Lovely staff at FatFace outlet store.
Just bought a coat at the outlet store Castleford. All three staff on duty were excellent - so kind and helpful as I dithered about choosing a coat. They were lovely - the young lady looked up availability in other stores and the older lady was so sweet. Thank you
