Carolyn/Caroline - Sales assistant
I was served by a Carolyn who helped me with a jacket I was thinking of purchasing. She was very kind and didn't rush me into buying the jacket. She was extremely patient. I went to the till with the jacket and said to her that I don't think I would have bought it without her help and advice. She wasn't pushy but extremely helpful and very pleasant. I am so pleased with my purchase, and would recommend this store and the helpful staff.

Helpful staff
I went into the store in Keswick. They did not have the dress I was looking for. Very helpful staff helped me find it online and ordered it to be delivered to store. Unfortunately didn’t fit but again helpful and cheery staff helped me to return. A pleasure to find such helpful and happy staff, well done girls

Great customer service
In store today Sharon gave me excellent customer service with a refund on a product I’d reluctantly decided was not for me. The transaction needed an authorisation, which when I explained the circumstances, was done with a pleasant and friendly manner

Had a problem with an e voucher but it was solved very quickly and the day before I ordered a sweatshirt sent to Newcastle store

Visited the store today with my family.The staff were very welcoming. I was served by shelley, who used to work at New Balance, and as always her service was first class. Looking forward to our trip back nearer christmas to see the new collection.
