ELouise and penny were amazing in their customer care!
Had a problem with an e voucher but it was solved very quickly and the day before I ordered a sweatshirt sent to Newcastle store

Visited the store today with my family
Visited the store today with my family.The staff were very welcoming. I was served by shelley, who used to work at New Balance, and as always her service was first class. Looking forward to our trip back nearer christmas to see the new collection.

The shirt was 2 days later arriving than I’d hoped, but I had updates & collected the shirt in the store at Keswick. The staff were friendly & helpful. The shirt is lovely fabric and fits well.

Lovely pj top - present for my daughter as she already had the trousers/tshirt set. and

Holiday dress…
Shopped in Fat Face shops quite a few times, husband included but never on line before. Had been looking for a nice green dress for holiday and found one in Fat Face sale. Fast delivery and perfect dress. Thankyou.

I love the clothes
I love the clothes. When I shop I want everything however not everything suits me so when returning a couple of items it was quick and simple with no fuss.
