FatFace - LINCOLN Avis 

I don’t know the name of the young lady that helped me in choosing the dress that I bought Long blonde hair and quite petite . I had two dresses one did not fit , and she offers to check online . This member of staff is always smiling helpful , and polite . I love the store . Always displayed with amazing clothes , always tidy and clean.

The staff who were so helpful

The staff at Fatface are always friendly and service is with a smile. The shoes I ordered aren’t quite as comfy as I was hoping for hence the 4 stars, but they they are a lovely colour and will go with lots of different outfits.

Went into store to look for an item I had seen online, I asked a member of staff and she advised me they didn’t have it in but I could order online for £2.50 which was ok as normal postage was £4
Went to the till and the service was very slow, young girl on the till and the female manager just stood there. I had been waiting sometime and finally got severed, I ask the girl to look the item up online, she seemed to have difficulty finding the item, she took so long I said not to worry I would do it myself at home.

Lincoln shop is always helpful friendly but not pushy. Usually a great selection too.

There is a great choice of well made clothing. Lovely casual styles. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I was pleased with the look and fit of my purchases .

I love your canvas bags and I’ve got quite a few. I love the colour, green being my favorite. A different colour for each outfit. Very well made too.

The order was delayed but your support team kept me in the loop and phoned to tell me it was on its way to your Lincoln shop. Very impressed.

Timely delivery and a nice fitting jacket

Staff are always friendly and helpful. The products are excellent and any returns are speedily dealt with.

I saw a beautiful Summer dress which I liked the look of but thought that it would no longer suit me, now being of a certain age!

I tried it on and showed it to assistant May who encouraged me to try a size smaller to get a better fit around the waist. She was honest and so encouraging. I bought the dress and left the shop with a confidence boost.

I recently wore the dress when we were away on holiday and received so many compliments. I love it so much. I hope that May knows what a difference she made. I'm so grateful.

Amy in the lincoln store was so lovely and helpful, she really couldn't do enough to help me, I went into the shop really grumpy and I came out smiling with my bag of lovely new clothes, nice to see at least one shop in Lincoln has a bit of customer service left! Thanks Amy 🥰

I had a lovely experience at FatFace today. Miriam was warm, professional, and gave me great advice while helping me find some smart casual outfits, especially dresses that suited what I was looking for. Alfie was also very helpful, he assisted me with changing the dress size and patiently helped me place an online order for the right size. Both of them were very friendly, professional, and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable.
