Me and my mum went in as she had seen a jumper that she thought I might like however there was only one size out. One of the workers there, Xena, helped us by looking in the back and then later helped us order one online! Haven’t tried it on yet but excited to when it gets here.

I visited to buy some jeans today. The staff were really friendly & helpful, especially Mae. I couldn't decide on a purchase immediately but when I went back, she remembered & found the ones I'd tried on! Will return- thank you.

Difficult to find but I succeeded and am very happy with my purchase.

Bought as part of a present , pleased with the quality of the bag and pretty pattern . Very pleasant lady member of staff when I collected it completed the experience

The clothing is very nice, has a style I really like and since I'm 6ft6 they sell "long" versions of most their items which fits great for the ganglier fellow.

Just be aware that if you buy items that you buy online for shop delivery will not arrive on time. It's happened the past 3 times now and usually arrives several days after the initial date. So if your buying for a specific event give yourself some extra time.

Delivered to store one day early. Easy to collect

Having bought in store and on line I have always been delighted with my purchases. Delivery spot on. As long as you know your Fat Face sizing (as all stores seem to have slightly different sizing) on line purchases very efficient. I love their products.

I bought these beautiful trousers because the material is an unusual mix of cream and wine, hangs lovely and doesn’t crease. They have a very comfortable waist and do not cut in when sitting down. I’m usually a 10 but size 8 was perfect as a lot of give in the waist.
They can be for a day at the beach or dressing up for a function with a pretty top. I am 5’ 1” and I bought a Short size 8. Plenty big enough. I wear them with a wedge heel. The fit is perfect. The price is a little more than I would normally spend but SO worth it

I bought some jeans on line which my wife picked up in the shop. To my delight they were too big, indicating somewhat successful dieting prowess. She returned them for the next size down. No quibble at all. The money was quickly refunded and these jeans fitted exceptionally. The fabric is reassuringly heavy and the stitch work and detail amazing. Bang on!

Great service and excellent quality

Item not received. Item bought online when it didnt arrive in expected time frame i went in store. On arrival i was told to pay for a replacement before they would cancel. This left me £84 down for a t-shirt. Then, after taking my money they told me there were problems cancelling, I asked for a refund but my initial online purchase has not yet been refunded so I have paid for an item i never received. Very poor all round and will not use again.
