I wanted to return a faulty bag that I have had for a while. Amanda in the Lincoln branch could not have been more helpful, giving me a partial refund when they could have just sent me on my way.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Nothing is to much trouble. Clothing quality is excellent and wears and washes well.

I was able to talk to a staff member (Hatty) at the Lincoln store with regards to this purchase. She happily talked me through the details of this coat. I needed something warm and longer than a typical coat for my daughter. She suggested this one. Once I checked with my daughter she liked it when I got home, I ordered online and it arrived the next day. So so happy and my daughter has had lots of comments about how nice it is. It’s lovely quality and will last to pass on to another child. Great sustainable fashion

No email received to advise order was ready at the store. Just a reminder email saying if I don’t collect within fourteen days from when the store received my order they will issue a refund. ????? When did they receive my order? Do you not have a tracking number that automatically sends me a notification?
