Dress is pretty, but flimsier that I expected based on the photo online. It seems to be a very generous fit so I would advise buying one size down. Staff were helpful.

Quick Delivery
The items were in the sale so very good value but looked as if they had just been screwed up & pushed in the bag. They were so badly creased but were ok once I ironed them.
Shop staff always very friendly & efficient.

Nice quality clothing at a great price in the sale
Fatface has a good sale at the moment and you can get some good stuff at a great price. From ordering online to store collection is very quick and they provide good customer service. 😎

Usual fantastic service
Usual great experience from our local store at Lytham, Jean readily helped us check our Fat Face vouchers to confirm our balances and was very friendly and confirmed the options with our vouchers. As I said usual great service and would recommend the Lytham team.

When I need something Fat Face is my first place to go, love the styles and fabrics. I have bought over 20 dresses for work and everyday. The staff at the Lytham store are so friendly and helpful, Tracey gave fantastic customer service.

A perfect shopping experience
It is always a joy to visit this store,apart from selling the most fantastic clothes and accessories,the staff are just wonderful.They are beyond kind,helpful and friendly.
On our first visit this week Jean served us,going above and beyond with help and advice.
We returned the following day to recieve exactly the same attention from Sandra.
There was another assistant who was really friendly towards us.
These ladies are a credit to your company .

Excellent service, was helped to find a dress in my size and although it wasn’t in stock at the store they helped arrange next day collection at another. Great service!

What a lovely shopping experience
What a lovely shopping experience ! Great staff and lots of fantastic clothes to choose from. I bought a dress and a top which will be perfect for this summer.
Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and I had a lovely chat about visiting Malta 😊

I am sad the only give 3 stars and this is for the lovely man at Lytham who helped me..I ordered the lola blue dress which I have been waiting to come back into stock of my size, collected from the store got home to find a completely different dress (small dark blue dress) nothing like what I ordered, thank you to the gentleman at Lytham for sorting the return & refund.

I wrote to say how disappointed I was with the customer service I had received from the manager of the Lytham store, to be told to have a chat with him. I actually hope not to have to speak to him again.

As always good purchases
As always good purchases, Even l had to return an item as it was far to big, the replacement arrived three days late and later in time that l was informed.
I feel that l can always rely on FatFace, as being a plus size and being well over 21 your style, price and service, weither in store or on line is always a “plus size” success.
