A happy vibe welcomes me in the Saffron Walden branch. The staff here are always so friendly and helpful. They genuinely give good customer service and offer to order if sizes are unavailable in store.
The shop is well merchandised and the quality is great.
Ordering service is easy and quick and I like the option to collect from my local store.

This shop is very welcoming, full of character and the staff are super friendly. We spent a while shopping there and both Gunes and Gemma were very helpful. It's a smaller, more personal experience than other locations... Happy to recommend.

The shorts are the best
The shorts are the best. I bought two pairs of shorts in dark blue and light brown, 32 waist and 10.5 length.
They fit perfectly, very comfortable and are a delight to wear. I just love Fatface clothes, very comfortable, fantastic colours that all go together.
