A pleasant shopping experience
Just wanted to give a shout out to the staff at saffron Walden. Always a pleasure to visit with a friendly welcoming atmosphere. The stock is always displayed well and new arrivals are frequent, so it’s worth dropping in on a regular basis. Keep up the good work.

Excellent and speedy service online and instore
Website was easy to use and order arrived extremely quickly, less than 24 hours after purchase. The clothes I ordered were of good quality and though I did have to return some boots, due to the fit not being right, the return was really easy and the staff in store were really lovely and helpful.

Bootleg greatness
The bootleg jeans are really fantastic. Not only is the waist just right but the leg length is spot on. They are very comfortable and look great.

Staff were so helpful and got a great pair of shorts for summer. Always go here because it is so friendly and has children’s clothes too unlike another Fat Face in a city near by!

Easy exchange
My order arrived very promptly, before the estimated delivery date.
The item I’d ordered was marked as the size I had ordered, but wrongly - it was enormous!
Took it to a Fatface store, where it was promptly exchanged - no fuss, very straightforward.
Love the item, fits well, good quality tho I haven’t washed it yet.

Fatface in Saffron Walden
The ladies at Saffron Walden Fatface are brilliant! I popped in on my birthday and they helped me choose a lovely dress and even helped me find my birthday discount email! They were doing a “random acts of kindness” week too where a lucky dip revealed a prize so I even got free parking!!! Amazing customer service, lovely friendly ladies and so helpful!
