Customer Service
Contacting the manager who has kindly agreed to put aside a coat which I'll collect on sat 20th. Excellent customer service. I would have given 5 stars but when I originally tried on the coat it had mistakenly been priced at £40 instead of £60. The staff member said I couldn't buy it at £40. I felt deflated at the time and that's why I didn't buy. I later telephoned the manager when I felt less down to arrange a pickup.

Good company with helpful staff
Good company with helpful staff, an excellent website and good products that are made to last. Cosy jackets are fabulous. Jeans are great too. Also love the Borg lined hoodies!

I had an issue with a lost order and…
I had an issue with a lost order and Callum of Saffron Walden went out of his way and beyond to resolve the issue. Absolutely nothing was a problem for him. The service in Saffron Walden is of the highest quality. Staff are always welcoming and warm. Highly recommend this store. Thank you Callum and staff

Lovely little shop in the heart of old market town
Lovely little shop in the heart of Saffron Walden with super friendly staff. Gunes, Callum and Debs are very helpful and make a simple shopping trip a great experience. Not to be missed.

Saffron walden fatface
Went into Fatface in saffron Walden to look for Lyra slippers which are sold out online.
Unfortunately they didn’t have them. But the lovely sales associate called Angharad was so unbelievably helpful and I really wasn’t making it easy for her! She first located and rang Chelmsford but I realised I couldn’t get there in time to pick up. She then rang Waterloo and had them put some aside for me. I really appreciated the help and her patience
