Good tiles, good service
Tiles arrived exactly when they said they would. They were very well packed and no breakages. Very pleased with the tiles exactly as they looked on the website. Can’t wait to get them up!!

Tiles were nice but a lot of them came…
Tiles were nice but a lot of them came broken. And when asked what I’d like to do I said refund they refunded me a petty £7 for waiting so long for broken tiles. Disappointed to say the least.

We’re sorry to hear that you remain disappointed, but we would like to clarify a few points for anyone reading your review.
Firstly, you mention having “waited so long”. Your order was placed using our standard delivery service and was delivered on the date selected at checkout, so there was no delay to your delivery.
Unfortunately, 12 tiles were damaged during transit with the courier. Once you contacted us and provided photographs of the damage, we offered to either replace or refund all 12 affected tiles. You chose a refund, so we refunded the full purchase price of all 12 tiles reported as damaged.
The amount refunded was therefore not a goodwill payment for inconvenience or waiting; it represented the full value of the damaged tiles.
Where tiles are damaged in transit, our policy is to either replace the affected tiles so that the customer can complete their project, or refund their full purchase price. We are unable to refund an entire order where the remainder of the tiles have been received in good condition and are suitable for use.
Following this, you requested a full refund for all tiles in the order and advised that you would otherwise leave a negative review. While we fully respect every customer’s right to share their experience, we apply our damages policy consistently to all customers. The mention of a negative review does not change the resolution we are able to offer where the issue relates specifically to damaged tiles.
We appreciate that receiving damaged tiles is frustrating, which is why we offered both available resolutions for every tile reported as damaged. We’re sorry that the resolution you selected has not met your expectations.

Outstanding customer service
I just want to say a big thank you for the entire journey with this company.
Throughout my project, which was stressful in many ways, this company was outstanding. Their customer service was exceptional with very quick responses
The collection process at their London store was incredibly easy and I was even able to return the leftover tiles which is especially helpful because it can be difficult to calculate exactly how many tiles you need ahead of project.
If I ever need tiles again I would definitely choose their service and explore choices in depth. I highly recommend this company, especially if you’re local and able to collect and safe on delivery cost.

They fast tracked & saved the day!
I stupidly waited too long to order a tile edge during my bathroom Reno. So I called up & asked if there was any way I could rush the order. The woman on the phone immediately spoke to someone and made sure it was on the next shipment out! I got it literally within 24hrs of it being sent. Appreciate it so much! I will deff be using these guys to get my kitchen tiles.

Dissappointed in handling of tiles in shipment
Sadly , 40 tiles in the shipment arrived smashed and broken, they were wrapped in a huge amount of bubble wrap but the tiles right at the bottom of the cardboard box were damaged. I don’t know who the carrier company were but I paid £30 so disappointed.The tiles themselves are good quality. Wish I could give a higher star rating but when paying high price for shipping you expect them to all arrive in good condition.

We’re very sorry that some of your tiles arrived damaged. We completely understand how disappointing this is, particularly when you’ve been looking forward to receiving your order.
We can see that you reported the damages through our online form, and our team emailed you on 8th August asking for photographs of the broken tiles. This is part of our standard damages procedure and allows us to arrange replacements for you.
At the moment, we haven’t received the requested photographs, so unfortunately we haven’t yet been able to arrange the replacements. As soon as we receive them, we’ll get this resolved and send replacement tiles out as quickly as possible.
If you have already sent the photographs, it may be that the email hasn’t reached us, so please resend them or give our team a call and we’ll be happy to help get this sorted.
