The staff were very helpful and gave straight answers to any questions I had, this is not the case with all insurance companies. Your opening hours make a big difference to people who work.

Renewing online can be awkward if you are connecting through google.
A nightmare to renew online. Used a different (newer) computer, and it worked OK.
