Great advice and service before I'd even made a purchase; honest and helpful. The lights are great. Well made, tough and made to last. I recommend you buy the bulbs here too - you need the right ones to ensure they are waterproof (I nearly bought the wrong ones elsewhere).
You might find cheaper lights, but none of them match the quality of these.

Really helpful company and very gorgeous lights which have brought some magic to our garden.

Selecting and paying for the products is very easy. I have spoken to staff on the phone and there always very helpful. The only downside is that due to me making business purchases I require a VAT invoice. Which means everytime I do make a purchase I have to email to request a invoice because these aren't automatically produce. As I have made quite a few purchases recently it gets quite frustrating at times especially when its common practice all of my other suppliers to be automatically produced an invoice.

This is the second set of lights from Festoon for me (an Electrician). the quality of the kit is very good, and the order process is simple with a fast delivery. Great!

I ordered some outdoor lighting which were delivered very efficiently. Those lights developed a fault some months later - and Festoon lights very quickly acknowledged that there was a problem with the particular set and replaced them very efficiently with what seems to be a better design. Excellent response.

Festoon Light answered all my queries via telephone before my purchase. With very limited knowledge, I described the outside set up I was hoping to achieve and they advised accordingly. They sped up the ordering/delivery process due to my specific requirements and in all aspects were very helpful. The lights & bulbs arrived the very next day as promised and I was not disappointed with the product. Exactly as described. I would highly recommend this company and would without doubt use again for any further outdoor lighting projects.

I have used this company a couple of times. Originally I called the company as I wasn't sure which lighting would be best for my needs. I spoke to a gentleman called Josh and he was so helpful. Since then I have ordered extra bulbs as I learnt the hard way to put the bulbs in AFTER you hang the cable! Top tip that one!
