Great product, been using the lemongrass body lotion for 2 months now. Skin is feeling hydrated and smooth. I have dry skin and was struggling to find a moisturiser that worked. This has, would recommend.

Reviewed when first received product, coming back to edit that the rose shampoo and conditioner have made my hair feel greasy and heavy even immediately after drying. Have just switched back to my old shampoo and conditioner and the problem has been solved immediately. Believe the product is also clogging my shower drain so yeah would not recommend at all. Also had awful delivery problems, waited over a month for my order.

I initially ordered from Fiils because I was looking for some body wash bottles for my new bathroom. I stumbled across Fiils and I’m so glad I did! Love the bottles; body wash and hand soap are gentle enough on my sensitive skin and smell divine.

Great product and am enjoying it so far. Also love the way it looks in my bathroom. Unfortunately I did not receive the envelope needed to recycle the pouch but will be purchasing again (and hopefully receiving one then). Thanks

Lovely products, used body wash, shampoo & conditioner. Better than my own brand & worth the change.

Was looking for a travel wash bag with 100ml containers. The products on Fiils website really caught my eye as being a bit different and attractive. The company’s communications were very good, the item was wonderful and the touches that went with the delivery made the purchase seem personal and as if you mattered to the company. Thoroughly recommend them.

Great smells that the family love. The shampoo doesn’t really ‘foam’, but that’s ok … likely because it doesn’t have additives that make it do this.

Fills produce great quality, sustainable products at a very reasonable price. The resuable bottles look great in my bathroom and work well so far. They also provide prepaid bags to return the packaging for proper recycling. I will certainly be reordering and switching to fills for my hair care products.

Fast delivery, circular plastic loop, fantastic products what's not to like?

My expectations were absolutely blown away by this. I was looking to buy sustainable hair products and have something that would leave my hair fresh feeling. The packaging on this is GORGEOUS. It was like opening a Christmas present. The bottles are beautiful and the products smell and feel amazing. It really exceeded my expectations and left me feeling like I had bought a luxury product.

Love the idea of fiils, however I have purchased a few varieties (rosé shampoo, pomelo shampoo, rose conditioner and coconut conditioner). As yet I have not found the best combination for my teenage daughters hormonal hair. I wish they did sample/travel size pouches so finding a suitable combo would be cost effective as it is too expensive to try the full range to find the right combination.
I personally would also prefer the bottles to be available in a wider range of colour options and definitely in colours to match the product packaging for differentiation. As well as fragrance free options. The coconut and pomelo smell nice, but the rose is not a pleasant smell for a teenager.

I'm pleased I read the review to do a few washes - initially it wasn't working for my thick slightly over bleached hair but after wash 3 it has completely changed. My hair is feeling healthier, and so shiny! I bought the pomelo shampoo and coconut conditioner. When I run out, I'll try a different conditioner as I love the pomelo scent.

Great packaging and ability to send pack empties is a real plus! To ensure they get recycled properly. I love trying to use more sustainable and environmentally friendly products. They do sometimes, however, suffer on quality and not always fit for purpose. So far, using the shampoo and conditioner I am happy. My only as for development would be something a bit more capable of dealing with really thick hair as I have to use a higher quantity. The soap is good but quite thin in consistency. Overall really pleased

Great looking product and prompt delivery.

Really wanted to love Fiils products. Love the packing is fully recyclable and the products are natural, however I have to use twice as much shampoo/conditioner than other brands and it does not feel quality on my hair. The shampoo pomelo also smells a lot like Calpol which I do not enjoy.
