Lovely product! I got the rose shampoo and conditioner, they smell beautiful and leave my hair feeling smooth and nourished. Extremely happy with the results. Easy to return for recycling. The metal bottles look so good, I got rose gold.

Amazing products, ordered coconut shampoo and conditioner, hair feels amazing!

The products are great. I purchased hand lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash - all smell beautiful. It's difficult to find a refill bags for some of the products (hand lotion for example). So I hope to be able to continue using Fills. My only worry is that with the rise in cost of living I may simply not be able to afford it in the future (£8 per pouch is pretty steep, if you compare it with a high street brands and prices).

Trying to reduce my plastic use so have switched my hair products, I found a conditioner bar didn't help my hair so chose the hair conditioner that is refillable and have found this to be better for my hair. Quick delivery and so far happy with the product

Great products and sustainable service. If anything the body moisturiser could be more moisturising. But overall love it and often recommend fills to friends and family!

Only feedback is on the bottles themselves. The wording of the contents of each bottle is small, so for guests it will be annoying for them to work out what is hand soap what is hand moisturiser! And the white pump doesn’t seem as stylish as the rest of the product. Would black plastic be better? Not sure!

Either way, what an excellent find and I am thrilled to have discovered a brand that delivers what I was looking for and didn’t think existed! The attention to detail has been excellent, I’m very fussy! ❤️ looking forward to coming back for more refills and hope even more gorgeous scents come over time too!

I love everything that Fiils are doing and I hope they’re able to thrive! Unfortunately, the pomelo shampoo and conditioner aren’t for me - they have left my hair feeling both rough and greasy at the same time. I’ll keep my eye out for product updates, for now I’ll have to look for an alternative.

Great product. Love the bottle and the body cream is amazing!! We've tried all the expensive and normal body creams and this is the best! The quality is fantastic, it's thick and luxurious and smells delicious.

Fiils is an amazing, innovative brand that is doing wonderful things for the environment! The packaging is great and the body wash and body lotion smell delicious. My only issue would be that the lotion is very strong smelling and a bit overpowering - some more subtly fragranced options would be awesome. Also the body wash is not as foamy as I'd like but I think that is because it doesn't contain harmful sulfates :)

I ordered the rose shampoo and conditioner and it’s my favourite duo already, it smells beautiful and my hair feels so soft already within one wash, my scalp is usually quite sensitive but the fragrance isn’t too overpowering or strong but you can still smell it! i really recommend these products and i’m sure most people will love them💜

I chose the Lemongrass body lotion as I'm generally not so keen on Coconut and there was no other choice, but it is really too strong for me.
Maybe if there was an unscented version so I could add my own scent/essential oils I might try again.

My package came very quickly (even with the bank holiday weekend and Royal Mail strikes) and looks amazing. I used the lemongrass body wash for the first time today and it smells beautiful! The pack fit completely into the rose gold bottle. Very pleased and definitely would recommend

I tried the shampoo and conditioner as I was looking for a greener alternative. So far I love it all! Gorgeous bottles on the side of the bath, lovely smelling products that are vegan, and free of all the nasties that dry my hair out. Lovely all round :)

I decided to try Fills after developing an irritation to my usual haircare products, which I had been using for years. The Fills products look great, smell amazing and made my hair super soft. I was worried about the effects of switching to a more natural product but I can confirm my hair loves the products and best of all, no irritation. I LOVE that I’m not using plastic bottles any more and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Greta shampoo and conditioner at a reasonable price with none of the added rubbish you get in store bought ones.

Decided to give them a go as they are one of the few companies that do refillable lotions. So far going really well with the coconut handwash and lotion. The bottles are really lightweight and the packaging was the right amount. The lotion is light and moisturising without leaving a sticky residue. I plan to be getting some refills.
