I am trying to make an appointment or…
I am trying to make an appointment or my wife but the new system [ email ] adopted is not patient friendly. The previous system of telephone call and call-back is now apparently NOT adopted. and instead "accurx " is the route advised and the options given are confusingto n inexperienced user.

It took me right to what I wanted to know and it was super quick and easy to use every GP should have this, in my job I need to send a lot of e-mails to NHS.net accounts and spend a lot of time looking for this information and this took seconds.

Three recent appointments.19th & 23rd December 2025 & 2nd January 2026.
Recently I have seen 3 doctors at Greenhouse surgery and they could not have been more helpful. They did not rush me out of the surgery and gave me reassurance.
First doctor was a trainee doctor but unfortunately I did not get his name. Second doctor was Dr P Gunputh and third was Dr A Carasco. I am really grateful for their time given to me. I am never able to find appropriate forms on-line to give my comments.
