I'm not sure but I think your company with the rep. who reserved the unit with the wrong price so I shot him an email back and said since he messed it up in the beginning would not use you.

Never having rented a storage unit I didn't know where to start and what it all entails. After doing a quick search online I was presented with this forum. Calling in I was connected with a great customer service representative that was patient with all my questions having been new to the experience. Definitely go through this service again in the future.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They are Inconsistent!!!! They get you in the door with these great deals then you get there and its a different story. I don't like my time to be wasted. There needs to be FULL DISCLOSURE upfront. This way we are all on the same page. I'm Still trying to get my issue resolved.

Hi. I was really impressed that you found me such a good rate; however, I never did receive the email with the details about how to reserve the space. I called on Sunday and was given a quote of $30 (senior rate) for a 5 x 10 at 91st Ave., and I10. Is someone going to send me the details about how to reserve it?

I Reserved my unit choosing a place near my house but when I went on my lunch hour there was no access or office to pay & sign contract. I called the number & they informed me I had to drive 20 miles to their main office. I could have planned for that if the website had told me, but they only gave the address of the units & nothing about the office or special instructions. Wasted a lunch hour & had to go to another place that charged TRIPLE the price. This was a last minute emergency so I didn't have a choice. NOT HAPPY about the whole experience. TERRIBLE WEBSITE.

I was able to find the perfect locally-owned storage facility at a very reasonable price, so this was more effective than using Yelp (which only showed the bigger facilities). I even moved in the same day. Thanks!

I THOUGHT THE LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER WAS VERY NICE UNTIL MY HUSBAND ARRIVED TO MOVE IN OUR THINGS FROM A 3 BDRM CONDO TO A 2ND FLOOR STORAGE UNIT..... TO FIND THAT THE ELEVATOR WAS BROKEN AND IT HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR WEEKS AND THE YOUNG LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER FAILED TO NOTIFY US OF THIS WHEN WE RENTED THE UNIT IN FACT WHEN WE WENT TO GO LOOK AT THE UNIT WE TOOK THE STAIRS BECAUSE SHE STATED THAT IT WAS JUST 'EASIER'.... TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND I WILL BE MOVING MY THINGS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.... VERY DISAPPOINTED
