Great service, quality is spot on, stove is like new! Fast delivery and great value for money

This fireplace was immaculate. The delivery came when said and the driver was lovely. Tbh it was in brand new condition and I made a huge saving. It looks great in my living room. Very happy customer!

Delivery service wasnt great not company fault it was evri, company sent another replacement after emailing , shame the Delivery company made it stressful

Amazing item, price, delivery. I would highly recommend.

When the item I required was out of stock on their site I was invited to leave contact details for notification of new stock on arrival. This was duly carried out as promised. The replacement part arrived in a timely manner as promised and this was all carried out without any delay, complications or faff. Excellent transaction and I will not hesitate to browse their site as and when I have the need for another replacement part.

Great value, prompt delivery

Damaged and unusable. Waiting for fire to be collected and returned

Arrived in perfect condition and within 2 days. Really impressed with the quality and the service.

I wish more companies were like this - customer service was excellent & really helpful despite me asking a load of questions as I had differing information from other places. My fireplace suite is absolutely stunning - I would recommend them with no hesitation.

All went according to plan, the gas fitter commented favourably on the quality of the gas fire. Thank you

Just like the image online.. full working order, no damage. (Box was a little bit all fine) came with remote. Happy days!

Fitter that they recommended was great

Purchased a part for my fireplace but unfortunately still didn't resolve the problem. Contacted fireplace factory outlet to ask if I could return the part for refund, they responded very quickly to say that would be fine if I sent it back. They issued my refund "in full" 2 days later on the same day they received the part. Purchasing the part was straight forward and delivered on time I must also add.
For me, this is a pure demonstration of great business management.
Should I require purchasing a new fireplace in future I will most definitely look at this company first as well as recommend to family/friends.

The Fireplace itself was just as described and arrived safely. It fits perfectly and looks good. My only criticism was that I requested it to be left in a safe place but it was delivered to elderly neighbours who then carried it into my porch! It was very heavy and I was concerned that they carried it to my safeplace, where it should have been left in the first place.

Knowledgable and helpful in store. Easy to order. Arrived quickly. Great product that looks fab! Good value for money. Love it!
