Great products
Great products and a customer service team to match.
Very friendly and efficient.
I had no issues with the company at all.
My issue was with the delivery company who mishandled my packages resulting in an unusable product which then had to be replaced.
I will definitely use them again.

Good quality refurbished electric fire at a good price.
Let down by UPS who said address was unknown so had to get it delivered to a drop off point, where I collected it, but only having a Porsche Boxster, it wouldn’t fit in the car with its box so had to take it out and then cut the box up to discard it.
Other couriers deliver to me OK!

A business that stands behind the product it sells.
I bought a spotlight for my fireplace from here. I told them there was a problem with the product and they gave me a full refund. A truly honest business.
