These guys go the extra mile
I was dealing with Simon from Fireplace Factory Outlet in UK via email in Western Australia. Simon responded quickly to my enquiries, did some research to find a part (which was not available in Australia), the part was reasonable priced, and Simon worked with me constructively when I arranged my own delivery via Royal Post. This was a perfect transaction. I recommend this business (and Simon) wholeheartedly.

Great find lovely fire
Great find . Was looking at a fire with pebbles on line all retailing around £300 then this company popped up ! Obviously as most seeing the word seconds or outlet made me wonder but I took the chance as less than 1/2 the price and with reading the other reviews I went for it. There is a tiny mark on my fireplace that will come off with some cleaning which will not cause any problems. Delivery was amazing. Got my item within two days and was updated of delivery every step of the way. Great item will highly this company recommend to friends and family. 🤗
