Bought a fireplace great condition
Excellent price.
Arrived quickly
Couldn't be happier ☺️

You get what you order and it is what you describe. The time taken to receive the item was quick. Well done

The delivery still hasn’t been made despite being given a ‘within 2 weeks’ at the point of ordering’ which has passed have emailed twice and received no reply, I rang for an update yesterday and was told I would receive call today, I ended up ringing them as no call back received to be told another 2 week wait, apparently the problem is at the manufacturers gentleman seemed shocked I hadn’t had any updates since ordering.

Brilliant service definitely use this company

First class ordering system correct items as required Slow delivery but still excellent service.

Easy to order and collect as we are local.

Fast delivery. Fireplace was well packaged and looks great.

Excellent Service, was looking for a new electric fire bought one from these guys, kept me fully informed when I would get my purchase and 3 days after ordering, it arrived on my doorstep, you can’t complain about that service, I would definitely recommend

Great company. Kept updated with order. Quick delivery. Lovely fireplace and fire for the fraction of the price. Fully recommend.

Excellent company. Bought an seconds bioethanol fireplace which is practically in perfect condition, we had a couple of missing parts but customer service was brilliant & these parts were sent out within a few days. Thank you.

Just recently ordered a new electric fire and 3 days later it arrived via UPS absolutely fantastic service, really pleased with the fire it’s excellent quality, Thankyou

Very pleased with fireplace and delivered quickly, well packaged. It is just what I wanted and at a price I wanted to pay for a quick, easy, aesthetically pleasing focal point, especially in time for Christmas, to hide very ugly hole in wall and broken electric fire from previous homeowners.
Nice, easy transaction!👍Even though the fireplace is well discounted because it is a second, I can't see any faults.
I wanted a simple all black look, so I painted the oak areas black with good quality paint. Looks sleek and comments been very positive. May try and post pic once I've wallpapered chimney breast!!
Would recommend, thanks Fireplace Factory outlet!👌

Very quick delivery, well packaged item, ideal little radiator for a small room. Great service from.thos company

Had a problem with the courier but the company sent a replacement item immediately

Ordered the fire and was delivered promptly. Excellent service would highly recommend.

Your staff were really helpful and obliging, it took me two visits to sort out an exchange but Rachel was more than helpful. Would advise friends to visit store, thanks v much

Fantastic! Just what we wanted. However we assumed we had to go and pick up the fire. Only after speaking to a helpful person on the phone we realised that the fire would be delivered free of charge.

Really happy with the quick service and good price on the electric log burner I purchased. Can highly recommend this firm from my experience.
