First time I have ever bought fireworks or done any from the house.
My son was turning 21 and of course we couldn’t have more than 6 people, so a big do was a no go.
Wanted to make it special, so went with fireworks!!
FABULOUS!!!
Amazing delivery, within two days. Lovely people to deal with.
Fireworks were so easy, safe and utterly spectacular!
My son was totally made up!

ordered in plenty of time for event, was told they were being delivered to me by friday, then turned up following monday, had to cancel event, when checked what was delivered some fireworks missing. useless and wouldnt use them again. said they would refund for missing fireworks and email a complimentary voucher, havent seen either yet..... Still theres hope ?

Having never really bought fireworks on …
Having never really bought fireworks on this scale i was a bit apprehensive. I spoke to one of the team and they talked me through the fireworks i had selected and also through the ordering process online.
The rockets we had selected went well and were perfect for our little display up the lakes. We also bought 3 of the one light fireworks. THE BIG SHOW was the final one for the display that really did go with a bang. We shall defiantly be back again for more.....

Excellent service, brilliant fireworks, I ordered on a Tuesday they came the next day, i knew exactly what i ordered as you can see a video of them before you buy, all our friends and family really enjoyed the fireworks, will be defiantly ordering from Fireworks Direct again!

Ordering easy
Ordering easy. Delivery and communication problematic. Company chose delivery day themselves as they could batch and route deliveries. no problem with that. They phoned to say they could not find us and actually said they were only going to wait a few more minutes before they would have left. Since I paid £50 for delivery ( not clear this was the cost till you get to checkout) I was very disappointed with a service that had cost me £50.

Thank you for your comments.
Our courier had explained to us that he had had difficulty finding your property, however all of our Couriers - without exception - will do their utmost to deliver orders and avoid a redelivery charge for customers. Because our goods are classed as explosives we have to use specialists couriers, hence the delivery charges. We wish that there was some way around this, but unfortunately there isn't and to add to it certain, more remote postcodes such as your address do incur a higher charge, as explained in the delivery section on our web site.

I had a problem with flares I bought, but the company responded to my complaint in a very positive way and gave me an immediate refund. I was very happy with the outcome.

I would have no problems in recommending this company. I was a first time buyer looking for some fireworks for my son 1st birthday so I placed an order online was sent an email straight away Great communication and great service there was a mix up with deliveries when I phoned the company and true to there word they arranged the fireworks to be delivered straight away saving the day! The fireworks were the highlight of the event!

this is the first time i have brought fireworks online.well i was nod let down delivery was on time. i spent over £400, the fireworks were amazing.i would have no hesitation in recomending this company to anyone.well done. i will be using you next year. or if i need any through the year.
