We had two pickup and drop off locations and everything went off without a hitch! I am very glad I booked them for help with our wedding!
The bus driver took the wrong way from hotel to our venue which added on another 30 min (which was only 15 min away). Then the second bus picked up wrong people and brought them to the hotel by accide... Voir plus

Amazing service
We used First Charter Bus to shuttle guests to and from the hotel to our wedding venue. They provided timely above and beyond service for our guests. We would highly recommend them for your transportation needs!

Perfect shuttle service for a wedding…
Perfect shuttle service for a wedding between the ceremony and the reception sites. The bus driver was phenomenal and so friendly and so punctual. Everyone really enjoyed the bus. We had people from overseas who had never ridden on a yellow Americans school bus and it was actually one of the highlights of their weekend. Would highly recommend and will use them again if needed.

First Charter Wedding Shuttles
First Charter was a great company to work with! We hired them as shuttles for our wedding and everything went super smoothly. We also had to contact customer service at one point and they were very helpful!

We rented 2 busses for our wedding day…
We rented 2 busses for our wedding day to pick guests up at their hotel and to bring them back at the end of the night. Both busses were on time. Our guests commented on how efficient and easy it was to travel. Would recommend using First Charter again for any transportation needs.

The folks at the local Bristol location were great. Working with the central First Charter company to finalize my trip itinerary was very difficult and frustrating.

We had our daughters wedding at Owls…
We had our daughters wedding at Owls Nest Resort on June 26, 2022.
When the bus came to drop off guests, they did not drop off at the bakehouse on the property, they dropped everyone off at the clubhouse and the guests had to walk a good distance to the event hall.
This is not acceptable nd I will not recommend First Student Charter Bus rental to anyone i know.
Also, when reserving the bus in March for this event, customer service would not return my calls to verify that my reservation was correct.
Extremely horrible customer service and obviously bus drivers not accommodating guests with drop off requests.
Thumbs down for my experience with first student charter bus rental.
