We had two pickup and drop off locations and everything went off without a hitch! I am very glad I booked them for help with our wedding!

Great, professional, and dependable service!
We used First Student Charter Bus Rental to transport wedding guests from multiple hotels to the wedding venue, and to/from the welcome dinner. We received great, professional service from both the drivers on the day of service, as well as the customer service team with the bookings and updates to the itineraries.
I would highly recommend using First Student Charter Bus Rental.

Great service until day of…
The bus driver took the wrong way from hotel to our venue which added on another 30 min (which was only 15 min away). Then the second bus picked up wrong people and brought them to the hotel by accident, luckily my guests made it but the other ones did not. Disappointed greatly.

Missed entire shuttle route
Once on-site and spoken to, provided friendly service. Spent almost an hour on the phone reviewing a shuttle schedule for a wedding. Bus drivers didn’t interpret the schedule appropriately so the communication between schedulers and drivers is not clear. They missed an entire shuttle for our wedding but offered to go back and pick guests up. Drivers were friendly and accommodating though.

The driver was fantastic but your system of trying to get in touch with your organization is extremely difficult. No one answers the phone, you have to wait forever, or have them call back. Pretty frustrating and not efficient.

Horrible horrible horrible experience. Will NEVER EVER EVER use this service provider again. They never showed up to bring my guests home from
The venue. No Uber’s, had to have other guests bring them back. They took my guests to the wrong venue on the way to my wedding. An unreal and HUGE waste of money.

Thank you so very much for your great service on Saturday,
February 29, 2020. The week of our event, I realized we needed another bus. Your company found a third bus for our group in a matter of hours. The buses safely brought all our guests from the hotel to the venue and back for our daughter's wedding. Our group was happy and singing on the buses on the way home. Thank you for helping to make our daughter's day a wonderful success!
