The driver was on time and she was awesome, she got us to our destination safely and she was understanding with the busload of children and parents on the trip :)

My experience was great because the bus was on time. The driver was friendly and seemed like she wanted to be with us on the journey. She drove very well and was kind to everyone.

We went on a bus with high school students to visit Jones Island Waste Water Treatment Plan. The driver was very prompt and accommodating for our needs.

The bus was 30 minutes late which cause our whole trip to be off schedule. When the driver arrive she didn't know how to get to the location and ask one of our staff to pull the directions up on google maps. There was no assistance to help us load our strollers. We were told to open the back door and load them ourselves.

You transported our children safely. I was torn because your buses are great, but the drivers were late and our children missed out on 45 minutes of fun.

We had such a great experience with our bus rental. The bus was clean and well kept. Our driver was AMAZING!! Big shout out to April who was so friendly and ensured everyone had a great night!

I used First Charter for my wedding. We were picked up from the church and driven to a location to take pictures and then to the venue. The driver was so nice and attentive and on time. Great experience.

The buses we had for our field trip were an hour and 10 minutes late picking us up. This meant we had 75 children waiting on a playground, ready for a field trip and nowhere to go. When we tried to call to find out where the buses were, we were transferred around, put on hold, etc. A call from the bus company to let us know they were running late would have been appreciated. We were finally given an updated arrival time, however the buses were still 20 minutes late from that timeframe. Once we finally got to our destination (where our field trip was cut short by 45 minutes due to the lateness of the bus), one bus dropped the students off and left with no explanation to the classroom teachers. Luckily another bus came back to pick them up, but it was a little nerve-wracking to think that a bunch of preschoolers had been left with no return transport. Overall the drivers were nice and apologetic, but overall communication was very frustrating.

Our school bus was exactly 45 minutes late. After talking with the Bus driver, it's because First Charter didn't have her start her shift early enough. She called in early to start her shift early and they made her come in at her scheduled time which then made her 45 mins late. Even still, the bus driver never called the contact on the invoice (me) to tell me that she'd be late. I attempted to get ahold of First Charter while 32 people were waiting melting in the hot sun for 45 mins. We had scheduled events we had to make which we were late for. I expect to be reimbursed for that time and will not be using this bus company ever again.

Working with the call center was frustrating because of the separation and lack of communication between our local branch and the National call center. One system did not know how to talk to the other which resulted in us paying a late fee.

In addition, the details about our charter were not shared with our driver. They had the start and end time and the addresses, but were missing the part where one buss would make two trips to the location and two trips back. The driver looked at me, confused, and I had to show them the confirmation email I had, which was different than their printout.

Our driver was on time and our experience was great.
