Late for pick up at the pick up site resulted in an abbreviated program for the children on their field trip. We look forward to the rest of our scheduled trip being more timely.
Our driver and bus attendant were so friendly with our group. We enjoyed having both of them take us on our trip!

The Bus Divers have been using different routes every time and have taken an extra 10-15 minutes drive time, taking away from valuable time at the water center.

3/4 of four of our buses were…
3/4 of four of our buses were excellent. One of the buses took route that was not very direct and therefore one fourth of our group arrived to the location 15 minutes behind the other buses both times.

This year the service is excellent
This year the service is excellent. Mrs. Maria is always on the lookout for everything. A super friendly person who always tries to help in every way possible. The answer after the book it is very good. Congratulations for this new service because last year was not to good.

Booking process good, service bad
The booking process was extremely intuitive. The bus arrived 15 min late, and the bus driver drove 10 mph under the speed limit almost the entire ride. We arrived at our destination 30 min late, having given ourselves a 15 min buffer for traffic. Put simply, the online process was great, but the service provided was sub par, and cost us 30 minutes of our 3 hour event.

Horrible organization/communication between them.
They stand you up.. have made us wait for the bus that never arrived.
Other times you order 1 bus and 2 arrive. Sometimes bus arrives very late. Their organization is horrible.They forget to send a bus to the trips, and when you call they send someone in last minute.
They make you wait so long to book a trip, and when the date is near they finally tell you they can't book. They were very bad last year, they are kind of getting better this year.
Hopefully they get better management.

First Student charter was right on time…
First Student charter was right on time for pick up. The bus is clean and the price is very reasonable. We will use First Student Charter bus rental in the future.
