Great Experience
We needed First Student when we were in a pinch for a field trip. The bus was on time for pickup and drop off. Bus driver was polite and helpful. They were a bit pricier than our other company but overall they were great.

Our bus never showed up to take our guests to our wedding. Trip was confirmed and no bus showed up. Absolutely awful.

I booked the day prior to our wedding…
I booked the day prior to our wedding and they were able to find a bus within 2 hours, which was great! Everything went as planned. They picked up our guests from the hotel at the time requested. Everything worked out perfectly. Will definitely book again when needed.

No record of reservation - Negative exerience
Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience with first student charter. The local chapter did not have record of our reservation in their system and buses were two hours late picking up our ticket holders for our event. It was incredibly stressful for our production team and required us to reimburse ticket holders for getting transportation elsewhere. Although they called me on Monday morning to discuss, it was incredibly stressful and disappointing.

Our driver showed up early, he was super friendly and helpful and helped us unload the bus for a tailgate. Overall a great experience!!

Prices were good and Drivers were great as was communication. While both buses had AC (temp was in high 90’s) one bus had AC that was broken.

Great customer service and drivers. Very pleasant and personal service. They provided transportation to our daughter's wedding and were very professional and courteous. The buses were clean and air-conditioned! Highly recommend them!

Franklin Institute
Our driver did an excellent job of navigating crazy city traffic in the morning, which allowed us to reach our destination on time. He was super considerate as he wanted to make sure he dropped our group in an ideal spot.

We had an amazing experience. The bus driver we had was such a kind, charismatic, and welcoming woman! She got us at our location early and was there to pick us up earlier than the scheduled time (she deserves a raise!!) Thank you for all the help!

Worth every penny!
Our bus Driver Damien was wonderful. He was prompt, accommodating and polite. He chauffeured us around with such a wonderful happy attitude! We will definitely be using First Charter for all of our bus needs going forward! And we will be sure to recommend our boy D!!
