I had a great experience with First Charter! They were willing to work with me through the driver shortage and make sure I was accommodated!

The service was great, driver was nice and patient and even waited on-site til it was time to go. That was perfect because we were able to leave things on the bus and also it worked out because we left a little earlier than scheduled.

We had issues with our guests, the bus picked up an entirely different group of people. Our event had to start late since the bus had to loop back to drop off the wrong people and pick up ours. Our guests even asked if this was the shuttle for our group and were flat out told no, and then proceeded to transport the wrong group, delayed our event time and created mass confusion.

Excellent and prompt service. Our driver Damian was very respectful, attentive and a very skilled driver on rainy windy country roads at night time.

The driver overslept for his trip and was not going to be an hour and a half late for pickup time. There was no other solution but to drive ourselves since we were already running behind schedule.

First Charter was prompt and communicative and a pleasure to work with.

Paid extra for buses to be air conditioned, but they were not and guests had to sweat! Clients unhappy!!

It was a Great Experience! The Driver was very nice and good maneuvering thru many small spaces and the Bus was in such good condition and the AC was very very Good on the hot day.

We hired first charter for our wedding day. The driver picked up the bridal party from the hotel and took us to the venue. He then disappeared and never arrived and the two pre-determined times to pick up our guests to take them to the venue. This left our guests very confused and scrambling to make it to the wedding in time. Several people missed our ceremony and I was left to call the driver 5 minutes prior to walking down the aisle to try to sort everything out. He came back at the end of the night but I was so concerned as to whether he would come back that it really put a big damper on what was supposed to be the best, most care-free day. I will be in touch with the company.

Nora was absolutely fantastic!!! We held a private concert in a venue that had a very narrow entrance and 1/4 mile driveway. Nora was concerned about being able to get the bus to where we planned on loading, as well as being able to turn the bus around to get back out. To her credit, I would agree that it seemed nearly impossible! She communicated her concerns and was VERY patient as we all worked our way to the bus. She figured out a way to get it done, and she was so pleasant the whole time. You are lucky to have her on your team!
