Product is fine
Product is fine, delivery service was unacceptable. They said they would deliver sometime within an 8 hour window, but I was given less than an
hour’s notice, so when I was not there they refused a neighbour’s offer to take it in. I received a text saying they would deliver the next day but it was 3 days later that they tried delivering to the wrong address. Luckily I saw the driver knocking at the wrong door and managed to intercept him or he would have failed to deliver again as the occupants were not at home

Awful customer service.
Received my custom mat, it was made over 2cm bigger than I requested. I have contacted them via email 3 times and have given ample time to reply, asking for them to rectify, as this isnt a cheap item, but no reply. I will be requesting a chargeback from my bank.

Just what was needed
Quick to dispatch. Good quality product...fits exactly to specified and requested size. Being used as a jigsaw roll up mat! Packaging ...good. it was wrapped in plastic sheet to stop sticking or damage. Box was damaged , presumably in transit as it wouldn't have been sent like that but the mat was fine inside. First mats followed up with a check in email..nice touch. I would recommend the company!
