I have placed and received an order
I have placed and received an order. I have been trying to return the order and get a refund, but I am not receiving an reply to my emails, not to the WhatsApp customer service centre
Edit:
Under the article (mat) I have chosen , which is always custom size, it clearly states on a box “returns” with costs related to the item I have chosen , so it is misleading to then say that the article can’t be returned if customised.
The customer service keeps not replying to email, WhatsApp messages, and calls.
The info that my mat isn’t refundable has never been communicated.
Also be mindful: the pile height declared is 10mm . The truth is the pile height is 3-4 mm.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been disappointed with the product.
I can see that you’ve already spoken with a couple of members of our team regarding this. Unfortunately, as the mat was manufactured specifically to the dimensions requested, it is classed as a bespoke product and therefore isn’t eligible for return. If this had been a standard-sized product, we would absolutely have been able to look at arranging a return for you.
From the information provided, it also appears that the mat has been used in an area that it isn’t designed or recommended for, which is likely to be contributing to the issue you’re experiencing.
We completely appreciate that this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for and do apologise for the disappointment caused. If you would like to discuss anything further with us, please don’t hesitate to get back in touch.

Great mat for our company entrance. Not an outside mat as too good to be in the rain. Quality of the logo is just as good as I'd hoped. Took a ouple of weeks but well worth the wait.
