Wrong colour sent and late coming
It took a while for the mat to come through and when it did they sent me the wrong colour! It took so long I didn't take it further with them.

I’m very sorry about the issues you’ve experienced with your delivery. Please rest assured that I will do everything I can to help get this resolved for you.
Your order was dispatched on the same day it was placed using a next-day delivery service. The courier has since attempted delivery on multiple occasions, and I can also see that the delivery has been rescheduled for Monday.
I have tried calling you and have also sent an email so that I can help resolve this directly. I sincerely hope the delivery is completed successfully on Monday, but please do get in touch if there are any further issues and I will be more than happy to assist.

Excellent product and excellent delivery and packaging. I bought two items for the use in the kitchen on top of tiled flooring. My wife is very pleased. This is second time I’ve bought from First Mats and will use again.

I am exremly impressed with the products and service from this company. I ordered my mat with the logo of my shop. It was printed quickly and arrived in about 10 days. The quality of the mat is excellent and makes the entrance to my shop both welcoming and professional.

I recently contacted First Mats customer services after DPD unfortunately damaged our delivery box and two mats went missing. The team at First Mats were absolutely fantastic — friendly and incredibly efficient. They arranged replacements straight away and immediately began the claims process, turning a frustrating delivery issue into a really positive customer service experience.
